Yes! We're on a high deductible plan now, plus my H's employer covers only 50% of the premium. I just saw yesterday that I got the insurance benefit for my 20 week AS, but insurance didn't pay anything. So basically, here's a discount, you owe us $750 for the ultrasound. I have to look at the insurance EOB and call them about this.
Yup. Welcome to my life.
ETA: basically until I meet my deductible, I pay 100% and then 80% until out of pocket max then it's 100% covered. But with premium and all the other costs, its $12000 a year until they cover anything.
Love tit out of commiseration. I just looked things over and same. I have to meet my $2k deductible before they cover 80%, then $6k OOP max before they cover 100%. Just with the negotiated rates, I had been paying $2 here or $40 there. This is the first big hit.
We had friends who sold thier previous house where the buyer insisted they include ALL of their appliances. And then the buyer couldn't afford to cover closing. I think they should have waited for a second offer, since they only listed for a day. There had to be a better deal than that for them.
All the appliances is common here, like it's standard wording on the offer doc.
When we sell out current house the buyers can keep all the kitchen appliances, but I'm taking my washer and dryer. No way am I giving up those. I would love to take my stove too, but that won't happen.

Ugh. I'm sorry. It's the pits.
We have a $3000 family deductible and a $9000 out of pocket max 😳😳

Here, one appliance is usually standard, but not all of them. We did get all of them when we bought our house and it was a great deal.
We're under contract right now, negotiating repairs. I've found that here, all appliances except washer / dryer are included unless otherwise stated. In our purchase, the seller is also taking their fridge.
Here it is pretty standard to include the appliances unless they explicitly exclude them Our sellers took their washer and dryer. They were really high end. When we sell, the buyers can keep them. I don't want to haul appliances.
becole home now, just waiting on Dh to make a decision on dinner
FFFC is that it freaks me out every time someone mentions the time and there is a huge difference.
I get so stuck in my own world and can't believe you or others are 3 hours behind me or some amount ahead for Australia etc. I apparently like to live in my sheltered mind 😃
I have wine night tomorrow! What are you doing for date night? I hope it's not buying your food at Kroger and cooking it like my last date night.
Lol no. My coworker gave us her hockey tickets again. But they're playoff tickets for game 5 of a 7 game series. We don't know if they'll need a game 5 yet. So, if that falls through we'll do dinner and something. My cousins are watching the kids at our house and said we could stay out as long as we wanted.

Sounds like fun! And uber!
We can't afford to Uber that far. It's like 45 mins away. Boo!
