I think seeing a pelvic floor person would be so very valuable. I did kegels throughout my pregnancy but that didn't stop me from leaking pee on a regular basis during my pregnancy.
I'm not leaking pee now (yay!) but I know things are not what they used to be.

It's been a really rough couple of days. I think we are in the middle of a growth spurt or something. DD2 has been on a constant cycle of eating, peeing, and shrieking. If I leave her for so much as one second to wash my hands, pee, or put on deodorant, she cries with this piercing wail like I have never heard. It sounds like you would think someone is stabbing her with burning pins or something. It has been really rough. DH was gone all day and when he got home I was in tears. I haven't even been able to take a break long enough to even check in here. DH took over for a few minutes so I could go out and get some ice cream and regain some peace. Hopefully this will pass soon!! Hugs to everyone with post partum body problems! Whoever tries the pelvic floor rehab, keep us posted with results. Well, I have to get out of the car and eat my ice cream before it's totally melted. Just had to check in while I had the chance. *poof* My little banshee..

N has been sleeping since 7:00 and while i really want to go and get some sleep, he's in the swing and I just don't feel comfortable sleeping with him in it.
And this is the longest stretch he's had too so that's just great...

C fell asleep st 9:45; I put her to bed around 10:00, got myself ready for bed and hopped in around 10:30. She woke up at 10:45 due to hiccups 😢 Here's hoping she lasts longer the rest of the night!

Gah! Hiccups here too. When I read up on hiccups they say it doesn't bother the babies, well DS gets PISSED. We're trying to get rid of them so maybe we can get to bed on time.

5 hour stretch, then 2.5 hour. Bedtime was tough tonight. I nursed from 2-8:30 almost nonstop. I got a little break when I put R in the k'tan other than that it was clusterfeed central. I remember things getting easier after the 6 week growth spurt, so here's hoping.
I also gave DH an earful tonight about how little he has been home and how little he has done for me and the girls. I try not to fault him because he works his ass off, but the bottom line is i need more help. I am doing SO much that I cant keep my head above water by the time dinner has to be on the table. Truth is I've been solo parenting most days since we had R and I didn't plan on doing this completely alone. He apologized but let's see if anything really changes.

Here's hoping your DH can get on board and help you out more flyinghorses6! This is not something anyone should have to do alone. It really makes me appreciate SAH and single moms.
Well my first stretch of sleep was definitely the best st 4.5 hours then 2.5 and now another 2.5 . Both babies were a hot mess after the last feed but it difficult times. They timed it perfectly that O was asleep and G cried then vice versa....how cute.
Cmon babes....momma needs a small sleep before it's daytime.
