We just saw a house and as soon as I walked in I said no and walked right back out. The previous owners smoked inside. I couldn't even breathe when I walked in there. So unbelievably disgusting!!!
And by heart, I mean your heart, not baby's. Probably not a concern yet, but late in pregnancy it's definitely not safe.
I remember being told last time that you will naturally move before an issue really arises, because it will be uncomfortable. Do you know if that's true?
Because pregnancy is the gift that keeps on giving, my insurance has denied pretty much every non-lab related claim since January.
Each claim involves hours on the phone with various medical professionals. Also, fun fact, some doctors offices charge you an "outpatient fee" that your insurance won't pay. So, lucky, lucky me.

I love consignment sales!! What all did you get? Any super amazing deals??
Not sure anything was an amazing deal, but we got a lot of good deals...and so much stuff! We got 2 playmats, 2 bouncers, 2 bumbo seats, 2 boppys with covers, two stroller snugly covers, diaper bag, 2 baby bjorns, and a bunch of clothes, for under $300.
It was my first consignment sale and I was way overwhelmed...haven't bought any baby stuff yet...but a friend came with me and walked me through it ha!

I last minute decided to go to a friend's house this morning. We have different parenting styles, so when I left, I left stressed. This afternoon I did some cleaning. I should take the kids outside to play, but they basically played outside all morning at the friend's house.
Oh on the potty training end...it clicked for DD Sunday and she has been wearing underwear since and has done great. Still needs to poop on the potty, but that will come. I'm not too concerned.

Possibly. Honestly, I have no idea how you would prove that scientifically. I plan on just avoiding sleeping on back in general once I get bigger.

Pretty good haul wannabmama! I forgot you were having twins at first and was thinking 2 of some things seemed a bit excessive but with multiple kids you tend to need multiple things! Even with just one, I did have 2 boppys so I could have one upstairs and one downstairs and not lug it back and forth wherever we were.
Ha yeah the woman checking me out was like...uh..so, twins?? I wasn't planning on getting two of many things but these were all good ones to have two of for various reasons, plus...prices were good so why not?

@saiven, that's awful about your insurance. I would be so frustrated.
wannabmama, I love consignment sales. I want to sell a bunch of my baby stuff at one but the dates aren't lining up for me this year.
caybeh, being around parents who don't put many limits on their children is very stressful for me. Not sure if this is what you were referring to. I end up not being able to stay for long. Ironically, it's my older son who I have to watch carefully around these kinds of kids. He gets so frustrated he just can't deal.

This is completely anecdotal, but I could not lay flat on my back for more than a minute with any of my pregnancies. My OB's old US table was the worst. I'd get nauseous and light headed. Luckily they have a new one now that is much more comfortable.
Anyone else have pregnancy insomnia? It's 12:15, and I feel like I'm nowhere near ready to fall asleep.
Mine is usually from 3-5am. I fall asleep ok, but then am wide awake for a couple hours. It's been getting better recently, though (fingers crossed...knock on wood).
Yes I always wake up in the middle of the night/early morning hours and I'll stay up for an hour or two. It's bad when it happens at 3 and you need to be up at 4;30 for work!

Ugh that's terrible!! I used to get up at 5:30 but I've moved it back to 6 thanks to this new "schedule"

DH is a good man. He went out to buy some gauze for my hand even though it's feeling better. I asked for some DQ ice cream but he said the lines are too long. So he offered instead to go to the nearby grocery store to buy me some ice cream.

Also could not lay flat on my back. I found the weight of my belly/baby was so much that I instantly was in pain and short of breath. So the issue kind of took care of itself and I had no problems staying on my side even though I'm usually a back sleeper. SaveSave

I took Easter pictures of my daughter today and she was not having any of it so I only wound up getting one good shot. But it's so good that I can't stop staring at how beautiful she is. I can't believe she's going to be a big sister.

WTF. Why?? Can you contest it all or you have to contest each claim individually?

I hate when this happens (bad photo shoot) but I'm glad you got at least one picture!

I felt Baby move yesterday (@16w4d, STM)! There were a couple of moments recently when I thought "Hmmm... was that you, Sprout?" But yesterday I was SURE. Baby rolled over or did a flip in there and I recognized it for sure. Perhaps this one will be doing gymnastics in there just like DD did 😂
LittleStarSweeper Yay! I love that so much. When you can finally feel then and they have these little personalities already developing. It's like the best sneak peek

Yes! DD was crazy busy in the womb... and she STILL is very active physically. We'll see what the LO is like 😊
There is a group of friends that we've been trying to do a girls weekend getaway since Nov. We finally had a weekend that worked for all of us, but now found out today that wasn't the case. I feel kind of bad because I said I do not want to go anywhere in Aug due to being within a month of my due date. They all have kids, so they understand.
Maternity swimwear can go straight to hell. I've never been pregnant during the summer and this is giving me anxiety
I brought up this discussion a while back and was encouraged to rock my regular bikini I tried them on last weekend and for the most part they still fit, although I am a little bit booby.
