So I have to drive by post really quick because I need to get these groceries out of my car then get ds *sighs* my first breather of today!
Early FFFC: my eye is hurting from allergy problems and it'll take a few days of routine allergy pills. So in the shower I thought, hmmm the ladies said BM is very useful. Sooo I turned my boob upward and squirted some in my eye lol so far so good.

I heart this so much!! I recently hung up my pump Meds for severe poison ivy killed my supply to almost nil, I couldn't give him anything I pumped anyway and LO was disinterested in nursing before that. During the insanity that was caused by the itchiness I told myself the same thing, and I absofrickinglutely squirted myself on more than one occasion because nothing was working. BM=windex?? Works on everything?

Level Orange exhausted. Myles is on night four of shitty sleep. I haven't been this tired since he was a newborn. He's been waking up about once an hour. I would gladly take him to bed with me, but he won't sleep in our bed. It's just a phase, right? I know you all know what I'm going through.
spiraltheory, right there with you. i have stopped counting the shitty nights and every night i just hope i'll wake up and be surprised by how much time has passed. I'm surprised. BY HOW LITTLE TIME HAS PASSED.
Shitty sleep, traveling H... these things are hard on diets. How do I sooth myself without carbs and wine?!

pixie523 - neither Myles nor I know how to self soothe. He needs me to hold him and slow dance to bad 80s music and I need chocolate. If I were dieting right now, I'd combust.
That's brilliant jjh1119! I was trying to think of how else to soothe oneself without carbs and/or booze...well shopping, of course!! All the sleepless moms to Target!

Hugs to those not getting sleep. Munchkin is hardly sttn, but he is going down so easily these days. Payback for the hours and hours I spent each night with him when he was an infant, right?
I got crap done today. I tackled our shelves. You know... those shelves where stuff collects and just looks junky? I have them almost done! I was discovering receipts from Christmas near the bottom of the pile if that tells you anything (we've only lived here since the end of September).

On weekends my H does "80s music appreciation" with LO.

I'm grading papers, and I can hear Extreme playing in the next room. Hmmm. That might be early 90s though. Nevertheless, it is cheesetastic.

So I'm so glad that I'm going home tomorrow. I love my family but we hit our expiration date on the visit. My mom and I get along great as long as we don't live under the same roof.
I haven't had the chance to post all day but hugs to everyone who needs them and I hope everyone gets a "good" night of sleep! Whatever that means anymore ha. LO is doing good and trying really hard to get up on hands and knees but I think she's still a little ways out. I feel like shot tonight and I think I have a fever. Times like this I wish my husband could have boobs and do the nighttime routine lol. Still nursing to sleep here. I'm hoping she gives me a break and falls asleep quickly tonight. famous last words.
sadie74 don't be sick!! And you said famous last words- tonight MH said, oh baby went to sleep so fast tonight! ---2 seconds later--- oh, she's crying. spiraltheory now I have "more than words" going through my head. Thanks a lot!! Haha.
I have Target on my to do list for tomorrow too. I need a Father's day gift for my dad, and a 4th of July outfit for LO.
I gave up chocolate and most junk food recently because I am only 10 pounds lighter than I was when I had LO. WTF body??? Hoping this does something...
I also have "more than words" stuck in my head now.
My kid fell asleep instantly but hasn't had a bottle since 6:30. I really should fall asleep before he wakes up. But also, he is probably waking up in about an hour soooo I'll be so thrown off if I go to sleep
nerdalert same! Hence the diet. I've got 25lbs to lose to get back to my BFP weight. It sucks, but frankly I just need to stop eating like I'm still nursing. I milked (ha ha) that for as long as I could.
For some reason LO has decided to stop drinking a big bottle before bed, and instead wake up two hours in for a light snack. Maybe she ate too much avocado at dinner? Every day this week? And Saturday and Sunday?
pixie523 LO went through a phase where she did that too. Would wake up an hour to an hour and a half after she went to sleep and then give a longer stretch.

This is us. She gives us an hour, more or less. Wakes for a bottle and maybe back to sleep.

Lo just woke up after 2 hours in his crib. Dh got him and the little guy wiggled, fussed & threw himself backwards straining for me. It was a very sweet gesture as he (surprisingly) did not dive bomb my boobs. But huh it's 11:25 pm & this mama wants to sleep.
Sending good vibes for sleep tonight and safe travels for daddies.
LO decided to do some twisting wiggle acrobat move during a diaper change and almost flung herself off the changing table yesterday. I heard MH exclaim and went to find her with her butt and legs over the side of the table, butt side out. She was on MH's lap on the sofa and flung herself sideways to reach for a toy.
nerdalert I have to try the rolled up face cloth for the hair rinse. Or try the shower visor.
No nuts here yet. We've been slow about feeding solids at home since she gets it at daycare. We gave her a piece of peach in the mesh feeder last night. Since she liked it so much, I pureed a whole peach and mixed some up with her rice cereal for dinner. She enjoyed it.
This is going on week two of 7am conference calls on my work project roll out. Soooo tired.

Liams bottles have been very funny lately. The parents as teachers lady told me that when they start really ramping up the movement they don't eat big bottles but rather back to smaller ones.
He used to eat 7 but now back down to 5 and 6. He has solids two times a day. But there were days where we were so on the go he didn't have any and still only had smaller bottles
