I'm trying to eat fruit and drink as much as I can. Everything makes me feel terrible. I'm almost 12 weeks and at the point where I'm irritated and pissed off constantly because I'm tired of feeling like shit and puking all the time. I know this ends eventually but I'm so tied of feeling like this. Between the no pooping and the constant puking, I am so over this stage and just want to cry.

Hugs origamimommy! Just watch it. Patients vomiting ( aren't pregnant), can't poop, and then having diarrhea worries me. Have you had any form of solid stool? For sure take some colace.

bantyrooster it's gotten more solid but it's still soft and has no shape (ugh this is so gross to talk about). I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow but I started a probiotic and I'll be sure to take colace tonight.
I'm not taking zofran, just diclegis, but it doesn't seem to be helping much because I'm still puking and feel nauseated most of the day.
I just want to whine... I am 31 weeks and am already miserable and uncomfortable. So much pressure! And braxton hicks, pains, just lots of no fun feelings. I didn't have any kind of aches with JA so this is way different than my July 12 pregnancy. I can't imagine how much worse this will get.

mrsrek10 I'm right there with you. I'm 36w and sick. I've been coughing so much it's causing other pains around my ribs and upper back. I've never been this far in pregnancy before, so it's all new territory for me!
origamimommy, I hope you get some relief soon... When i was in the hospital I got senokot 2x a day every day since they didn't want me straining at all with being ruptured. So I know that is acceptable while pregnant as well. Prunes or Prune juice if you can stomach it will help a ton - it's what finally got things moving for me after Emme was born - even with stool softeners. She ruined me... I mixed 1/2 apple 1/2 prune (just a small glass) and that finally helped break up the baseball inside. THe first two poops were horrible - the worst ever. Then prune helped after that....
mrsrek10, hang in there mama, you're doing great, 2nd pregnancies are so weird since you've "been there, done that" but yet anything new and different fucks with your mind! Drink lots and rest up - that will help some of the BH and discomfort. I had tons of pressure with E that I never had with J and it was so weird!
junkytrunk, you're doing great! You're more pregnant than you've ever been, and that's awesome! I hope baby stays put a bit longer, but I also hope you'll be meeting your little bundle soon!
origamimommy, I wasn't puking but I had the same problem, like super constipated then really loose. Activia helped me. At first I had it twice a day but then just once a day. It just kept everything kind of consistent.
I am so constipated. It hurts. A lot. And then I'll have a very large, but loose, BM but I feel like there's more in there (sorry for tmi but I am miserable). I don't want to call the doctor this late.
What can I do? I can't stomach a lot of juices, I am not drinking any water (I puke it right back up), but I'm trying to get other fluids and still get a bit of a workout in. I just bought a probiotic from cvs--these are fine right? And what about stool softener?
Google is giving me conflicting information. somethingclevererjunkytrunk because you're pregnant right now. Anyone else??
I was super constipated with the boys. The Dr. Had me take 200-250 MG magnesium citrate. It had to be citrate so check the bottle carefully. But obviously clear this with Dr first. It help so much!

Still pregnant over here. 38 weeks today. I'm 1cm. If I'm still pregnant at my 39 week appt, we will setting up an induction date, most likely the 21st or 20th if they will take me in the evening. My dr won't let me go past 12/24 and I want to be home for Christmas! Let's hope things get going in the next week on their own!
Eta: I would have liked to set it up for 39 weeks to get it done and ensure I'm home, but of course Hs family's Christmas is the 19th.

FX things get started. Start walking and having all the sex to help get things going. When did you have M? I went into labor pretty much the exact same gestatuiomal age with both of mine (39w3d and 39w1d).

He came at 35w 2d so this is new territory for me! My only goal was to get to 36 weeks and now here I am at 38w 2d. I have felt a little more contractions today, so hopefully somethings going on!
So I'm at 20 weeks. My hips hurt so bad when I'm sleeping. Would putting a pillow between my knees help? I don't remember this at all with Tommy.
It might help some. This probably won't help but everything just hurt way more during my second pregnancy. Hips, back, belly and honestly nothing made it feel better except getting the child out.

starfishy, I am way more uncomfortable this time too. I'm almost 34 weeks and am so over being pregnant! I can't imagine the next few weeks! I hope we set a c-section date at my next appt so I can have a light at the end of the tunnel. I hate sounding like that bc this baby is a miracle and I am excited to have him; I just don't like the process to get him. It's one thing I identified with Kim Kardashian about, lol. But both times I've been pregnant they have had risks and have just not been an easy, enjoyable experience. My sister on the other hand had 3 easy, glowy pregnancies so I know not everyone feels miserable like me. My sister is also fertile myrtle so it all came easier for her. (She had never made me feel bad, I just notice the differences on my own)
Sorry, this is whiny....as I post and soak in warm water to ease my aches. Hope your hips feel better with a pillow! I use a heating pad on low some too.

starfishy that definitely helped me with M. I actually have t had that hip pain during this pregnancy, which I'm surprised by, but with him it was bad.

It definitely helped me to have a pillow. I also out one between my ankles so my legs were aligned. By that time though I had the broken ankle so I slept elevated on two pillows for my head because of heartburn one between my knees and two or three under my bad leg to keep it elevated. Everything hurt then. I had so many freaking pillows. I'm usually a one pillow type of girl. What also really helped was all of the ibuprofen I was taking. It definitely helps with aches like that. I know they say you can't take it but it's only for certain times at the beginning and end like the last 6 weeks or something. Ask your doctor next time you see them. It might be worth taking.

I'll third or fourth a yes on this...it definitely helped. It didn't make all the pain go away but it made sleeping a bit more comfortable. I actually bought one of those huge snoogle pillows (like a big C) and I loved it.

Ditto! A friend gifted me a snoogle and it was awesome! Much better than building a pillow fort around myself like I did when pregnant with J. Weird at first, but once I found a position that worked it was the best!
H used it when I was in the hospital, but by then I had a bed that moved, which was pretty cool, even if it was uncomfortable at first... they got me an egg crate topper on day 2 and it was much better then.
