pegleg715 Yes! With Robin it started around 25-26 weeks. I think it probably has to do with where baby is sitting--I have a short torso and Robin liked to be up high, so I would be like panting and eating. It was super fun.

abseptember Hopefully those babies get the memo it's time to come out soon! My cousin's wife had twins a few years ago...9lb and 8lb14oz! Biggest ever born in Ohio.
OMG! That is insane! I can't even imagine how uncomfortable she was!
Definitely hope they get the memo soon! I wasn't planning on birthing 2 huge kids! L was 7#7oz.... they can't get bigger than her, right?!?!
pegleg715 I just read through the WOW thread and saw your baby name and wanted to say I love it!
Thanks, sarasansh ! Just like with Evangeline and Casimir we are sure lots of people will hate it. But it's a family name, like theirs. And I didn't want to deviate to something with no meaning for a third. He's going to get short changed in other places. He may as well start out with a name that means something to us.
pegleg715, I had that with J too... This time its not bad yet, but its now that I'm short of breath after stairs already.... This will be fun.
Ugh. Yes. This too!!! I take Caz up for a nap and I'm huffing and puffing. Then come down and get evie and go back up and I can barely breathe! Thank god H does bedtimes!!!
abseptember how are you doing? Any further progress or news?
elizdg I must have missed your announcement! Congrats girl!
Blah.... no progress since last apt set induction for Feb 6. Estimated weights are 6#9oz and 6#. Thanks for asking! Hope to have news soon! I saw your bump pic... you look great!
Can't believe it's time already! And also that they're not here yet!
What was final decision on name? Did you make one? I really loved all your choices!

Question, is anyone else swollen in their pubic area? I've felt a lot of pressure down there for the last month or so (and the doctor told me that was normal) but yesterday I just noticed that my front pubic area on one side is most definitely swollen. My H can even see that it's swollen. I don't remember dealing with this the first time but I would guess that it's common, right?
I definitely got puffier in the pubic area with J, I didn't have the pressure, but noticed it looked more "fatty" or swollen as time went on. I think it has some to do with all the extra blood and water, like swollen ankles, hands, etc. As long as its bit uncomfortable I wouldn't be too concerned.

Yes. Very swollen. If you haven't already, I don't suggest taking a mirror to your lady parts. Mine weren't pretty in the 3rd tri.
I was slightly swollen this time with Andrew, but with Kayleigh, it was horrific. By the time I was in the hospital, it was so swollen I couldn't put my legs together...
Oh my goodness roo1582. I have a bad feeling that's where I'm headed. I'm really swollen upfront already. Like when I look down its my front pubic area on the right side. I can see it bulging out. It's so disturbing.

Hi all, just creepin here! I feel like if I don't check out this page I am going to miss announcements or something!! I love all the excitement that comes along with pregnancy and sadly I think we are done. It already feels like forever ago I was pregnant with Abby, even though it was only a little over 5 months! I need to live vicariously through you all and the preggly talk! Lol

I have these weird itchy bumps all over my arms, torso, and upper legs. I don't even know if it's pregnancy related but it's driving me fucking insane. No one else in my house has them so that's a positive, kind of. I'm just glad I have an OB appt Wednesday.

I had those the first time with LO. They were all over and so annoying. My OB siad it was normal from the skin being dry and stretching. She said to put lotion on them. They went away after about a few weeks.

I would love to join you ladies in the "preggly talk." This is my third pregnancy. My second ended in a miscarriage at 8 weeks 6 days but I didn't find out until my 12 week appt. We tried on our own to get pregnant for a year and half again after the miscarriage and nothing worked. So, back to RE we went. We are expecting one little bundle of joy this time and are so excited and in love. This little nugget is due July 14th (3 days after the twins original due date and my late grandma's birthday). My pregnancy has gone fairly well. It is everything else that has happened over the last few weeks that I am done with! Adam and I got the flu. Then the following week I had a possible kidney stone (will not ever know for sure because they didn't want to a ct scan because of the radiation to the baby). Then Addie got the stomach bug this past Friday and so generously shared it with me. Ugh. Hopefully we can all stay healthy for a bit.
We are planning on finding out the sex of the baby this time too. I am so excited because my mom and sister are planning a small reveal party for us since all plans for the twins went out the window when put on bed rest last time. I can't wait to start feeling this little nugget moving around! Thanks for letting me share and join you ladies :-)
After two years of TTC, our beautiful twins came to us through IVF with ICSI. Our Beautiful Twins, Adam and Addison were born on June 27, 2012 after 19 weeks on bed rest and lots of scares of mommy and daddy.
We said a sad goodbye to our Angel baby in January of 2013- BFP 12/5/2012 EDD 8/06/2013 = MMC 12/31
Baby #3 is on the way! EDD: July 14, 2015!
I just called my doctors office and asked to have a nurse call me back. I know that swelling is normal but good lord...mine has gotten worse and I am in so much pain when I stand up/walk. I figure they are there to tell me that I'm going to live and to suck it up and sit on ice, right? Ugh...I've become such a baby.

Thanks sunshinetwins2012! Has anyone used a maternity belt before? I found a relatively cheap one on Target's website and it got pretty good reviews but I hate to throw away money if it's not really going to help.

I haven't, but I was at motherhood maternity the other day and a woman was buying one. I was like oh, I wonder if those work... and she said.. "this is the second one I'm buying, I wore my last one after the 4th pregnancy" I asked how many kids she had, this is her EIGHTH!!!!!!!!!!!
I think I'll probably get one eventually this pregnancy haha.

Holy shit...I think I would need a lot more than a maternity belt if I was on my eighth kid.
