Up at 5am after two glorious 6am days. His first nap was crappy so now he's asleep at the wheel (wheel = boob). I'm really bothered that Tapatalk time stamps every post as Now. That is not helpful.
Other Costco go-ers, what else do I need to investigate there?
I've run price comparisons on several items. Cereal and laundry detergent are pretty good deals. I also get chocolate for DHs work dish but just double check price per pound. I was also getting Cedars hummus there when it's all DS would eat. Check the coupons at the front of the store and bring any manufacturers coupons you have.

Edamame. Costco brand house blend coffee. The jalapeño artichoke dip (I can't remember the brand name. It's where all the cheeses and stuff are) also in that area are spinach raviolis that are DELISH. Huggies and wipes, Kirkland brand bacon (it's the number one best thing to buy at costco!) in the freezer section they have these teriyaki bowls. So good. And they have frozen chicken patty sandwiches which are a staple in our house for a quick bite.
Oh. And MUFFINS. Can't forget those.
...and looks like I'll be going to costco today too to grab some things, and a hot dog.

So while grandpa was in the hospital LO was waking up after 7am for the entire 2 weeks! As soon as grandpa came home were back to 5 am wake ups. I have convinced myself that grandpa is the reason LO isn't sleeping good. Which of course means we need to move.

mamosey I'm sorry about the milk. I'm glad some of it was salvageable though.
And karlamo I hope your foot is better soon. LO fell out of bed when he was there with just one of us too. We ended up getting a bedrail so we can still cosleep with just one if us and not worry about him falling again.
starfisher We started wcm about 3 weeks before Hus birthday when I was pumping about 2 oz less than he needed. We started with 1 oz in each bottle and now we're at 3/1 wcm to bm with a few days til his birthday.
Okay, I am now more excited about Costco than I was before. All these things sound delicious. And did I mention our Costco is literally 1 mile down the road?

codypup we also buy all of our movie tickets at costco too! Given we haven't gone since before LO, but they sell movie tickets at matinee price. And make sure you have some cash to get food at the snack bar after.

We were invited to a bday party today for one of LOs friends at daycare. I really want to go so I can get to know the other moms, but I'm also afraid to go because I'm intimidated. Ugh I'm going to be anxious all day about it.
All this Costco food talk made me starving, so I'm eating scrambled eggs with cheese and scallions. And I'm sitting at the table eating and newboarding while I can hear my mom reading to W in the living room.
codypup re:Costco Anything from the bakery is always delicious! I love their chocolate chip cookies! The muffins are great, especially blueberry. Pretzel buns yum.
We also get: 20 pk guacamole Rotisserie chicken Morton ' s roast beef The costco made chicken Alfredo
Check the snack section for yummy things
Try all the free samples, and on your way out if your hungry the chicken bake is good, and their frozen yogurt is the best!

Good morning! Holy red wine hangover.
mamosey the milk situation sucks. how's karlamo this morning? Falabama.
avswolf I'm glad your sister whisked you away last night and you were able to get your mind off things.
Lucy the boxer and I are still in bed/hungover. I don't really know what to do with myself since L is with XH. I told my besties last night about the big move and one of my BFFs and I are going to do dinner/drinks/American Sniper tonight. I feel like even though I have a month before the move, it's not going to be enough time to spend with my people here. It's all so bittersweet. I just got off the phone with XH and told him. He didn't fly off the handle but his silence was loud and clear. Against my better judgment, I went ahead and told him out of the sheer ethics of the situation. I want him to have as much time with L before we depart. If he wants to take me back to court, that's his prerogative. Hopefully, my ample notice just gives him time to go through the stages of grief before we go rather than during or after by waiting. Blah I need breakfast.

tLex I have similar taste in sushi as your LO. I love sashimi. I also love rainbow rolls.
codypup - hannah tzatziki, brownie brittle, berries (they are usually pretty cheap), brushetta. They also have good prices on toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags although that's not as fun.
codypup ghiradelli triple chocolate brownie mix. mamosey I'm sorry about the milk. I hope some of it was salvageable. How's karlamo doing today? katybriggs enjoy your date day!
Today is the day I've been counting down to for a few weeks. I'm driving down to BFF's house, doing some very light shopping with her, then we're scheduled for a craft/movie day for the rest of the day complete with all the snack food. DH is staying home with the kids. He was telling me all his plans for the day and I'm just over here like lolololololol. Okay, pal. Of course, E probably would pick the one day I'm not home to take good naps in his crib and not snuggled on a person. We'll see. BFF does not have this new fangled thing called "The Internet" so I probably won't be around much today.

I'm attempting to not pump this morning. I might cave and pump for a few minutes because uncomfortable, but then I'm just making it worse long term right?
codypup get these; they are dangerously and addictively delicious
mamosey sorry about the thawed milk! I agree wholeheartedly with pp that you should disregard the rule and go with a sniff/taste test.
Charlys Mom aka NBeaut go to the party! it will be fun, and even if you do feel awkward, I bet there'll be cake which is a panacea for all sorts of discomfort
