Hmmm, so far I've purchased 1 gender-neutral onesie and started a secret Pinterest board. Oh, and we're pretty much set on names. I'm just getting brave enough to browse the baby section in stores (but my BFF is due in June so I already have an "excuse" if I ran I to anyone I know). Hopefully in the next month or so we can get the ball rolling on a nursery.
So far I have purchased a BOB jogger that I'm hoping to use as my main stroller, and will use with 2yoSD until her sibling is here. The following are all things I've acquired from friends (it's good to be one of the last friends to procreate!)
Crib
Barely used crib mattress
Snap n Go stroller
Bathtub, swing, playard
Professional maternity clothes for work
Infant car seat and bases
About 12 hardly used gender-neutral (enough) newborn onesies
A rocker
We'll be moving sometime around the beginning of my 3rd trimester, which should be oh so fun. . . but at least we'll have enough space to store stuff. I'm already out of space!
Wow, some of you are really on the ball. We really haven't done anything other than announce. I feel like we don't have much to do until we know what we are having, but this is #3 so we have tons of baby stuff to reuse.
Sleep training my 11 month old. He hasn't SSTN ONCE! It's so frustrating and draining. We buckled down on Saturday and have had some positive results. I hope he's completely trained by August.
Otherwise baby #2 has a new onsie we bought right after the ET. I haven't even been motivated to look at cribs or such. We didn't buy anything for DS till 24 weeks and it worked out just fine, so I'm not in a rush.
I've done nothing but buy maternity clothes. We will be listing of house in March, so we are focused on that. I'll buy clothes after we know the gender. There is a huge resale here in April, and I'll get everything but carseats there. Grandmas will probably get the seats.
I've also been testing all of my maternity pants out for a month or so. I forgot to mention above that I've also purchased a bunch of maternity clothes, mostly cute summery stuff for when we get hot weather (which is hit or miss year round in these parts). I've also acquired pads for post-birth, lanolin for the nips, and I've been oiling up the boobies since right after I got my BFP. Gotta get the ladies ready for their big debut as working girls, right?

Settled on a girls name, discussing boys, started my registry the day of my BFP, lol. Told work, fam, and close friends we are pregnant... It's ridiculous haha
I've gotten a bunch of stuff from friends that are lending it to us as their 7 month old no longer needs it. Saves us money and gets it out of their way. I started a registry because we might but a crib this weekend with the trade in event. We only need to buy nursery furniture and swing (which I got 2 great ones used and cheap! ) for the big stuff. I dint want to get too much of the little stuff until after our showers. I know our big shower that is mostly just a party will be when I'm 30 weeks. It got scheduled out of consideration of my friend who is throwing it, she had a ton of things that always happen in June, so I wanted her to feel comfortable and know it early on (we decided the date together on new years.) I also know my cousin is going to throw a more traditional shower.

* Names are pretty much picked. Eva Mae for a girl and Murray (middle name TBD) for a boy. * Told the whole world * Have read three books - one about birth, one about new born parenting, one about breastfeeding * Wrote a list of things to buy (registries aren't really a "thing" here) * Bassinet given to us by a family friend * Started a collection of clothes, toys, books etc (mostly all given to us from our parents) * Researched day care in our area * Researched cloth diapering * Started planning maternity leave * Thought about baby shower * Bought a stack of maternity clothes
I have only gotten out the maternity clothes too. Even though this is our second , I am kind of wondering what to do next. We have small house so figuring out room arrangement. We need to turn home office into nursery. But where does all that other stuff go? Time for spring cleaning I guess.

We have talked names and I've looked into double strollers. That's about it.
Being #2 we don't need much at all. However, if the techs prediction is correct, we'll need a whole wardrobe of boy clothes. I won't start shopping until after our A/S mid March though.

I guess I can add that with DD, I jumped the gun big time on a major purchase. We bought our crib 2 weeks before our BFP. A friend was selling theirs for a great price and we were thinking about starting to try. Little did we know....

We have first names picked out for a boy or girl. Mostly settled on middle names. I ordered a hoppy on Zulily cause I had a coupon and knew I would need one for LO. We have a bassinet and some other baby stuff that we got from my SIL because she's moving and was going to toss it otherwise. There are bags of baby clothes at my ILs house for us to go through but we will probably wait until we know what we are having first. We are currently in the process of cleaning out the nursery. We have a nursery theme (twinkle twinkle little star). I also have a private Pinterest board that I've had since we were TTC.
Every time I start thinking about FMLA and childcare stuff, I break into a cold sweat and have to pull a Scarlett O'Hara "I'll think about that tomorrow". Kudos to all of you that are on the ball, I'll be in denial for awhile longer.
We've picked out names. Hell, we had names picked out well before I was pregnant because we've been trying for so long! Amelia (Millie) Ruth and Jacob (Jake) Albert. We just love Amelia and Jake is the name of my wife's best friend who tragically passed away a few years ago. The middle names are family names. Besides the names, I've been saving a lot of things to my favorites. We picked out a crib. We've taken our announcement pictures. I'm 10 weeks 4 days so we'll wait a bit longer to actually announce.
we have juggled some names around and i accepted a few things from my best friend. didnt wanna do too much because last time i made it to 20 weeks got excited found out the gender and BOOM.. it was taken away. so im being cautious lol
