But anyway, OP, as stated above. Your period is never late unless you have a cyst or are pregnant. So either A) you ovulated late (which chances are high because you weren't charting), B) you have a cyst, which could explain cramping, C) your ute is pregnant.
Either way. Whatever. Just wanted to educate you that it's impossible for your period to be late without you having a cyst or being pregnant.
The reason I wasn't charting is because I never have. I don't track my cycle any more than knowing I average a 28-30 day cycle. I've never temped or done CM checks. I have struggled with getting pregnant before and, in retrospect, doing those things probably would have helped.
