I am exhausted. I am on the worst conference call right now, it's so frustrating.
We have a timeshare in the Bahamas so we usually go down every March. I love it down there. One of my other favorite spots is Paris, I've been there 3 times. I'm dying to get H over there and hope to sometime soon.
Favorite vacation so far: Aruba Wish list vacation: Ireland or Australia
Not much on the agenda here today. I got a msg from H's coworker yesterday that they planned a surprise 30th potluck today at lunch. Brownies are in the oven and we're headed to campus for that shortly.

Paris!! Oh I would absolutely LOVE to go to Paris. One day hopefully
How long is your conference call supposed to be? I always feel like I'm going to fall asleep as soon as I sit down so that would be torture lol
Ugh, exhausted here too. I fell asleep on the couch watching John Oliver last night- oops!
Gtky: I loved Switzerland. It's expensive but so beautiful. One of the places on my bucket list is the Galápagos Islands but we haven't traveled abroad yet since having LO. I'm guessing traveling will be be completely cut out after having baby #2

It's over at 10. Paris is amazing. I love it there so much. I haven't been in 8 years and I miss it dearly.
peaseblossom55 I would love to go to Paris again. We went for a weekend while studying abroad in Italy. My ffiends were cold so they didn't want to go the the Eiffel tower. Such sadness we missed that.

How do you go to Paris and just decide to not go see the Eiffel Tower??? Your friends are a tad lame... Lol

Well you definitely need to go. While I was studying abroad in Italy we did a weekend in Rome. The group of girls I went with were so annoying it ruined Rome for me. I definitely want to go back.
Fav vacation: Ecuador. DH and I went there on our honeymoon for 3 weeks. We spent time in the capital, then did diving in the Galapagos, then hiking in the Andes. It was phenomenal.
Runner up: Thailand. I studied abroad for 2 months in Bangkok, then DH came and visited me for 10 days at the end and we traveled around.

Favorite spot: Unsure. I mean, I've only been a handful of places for vacation purposes, but I've liked most of them for different reasons. Coastal GA beaches are great for the most part, FL is always fun, CA is fun, WA was pretty fun plus it had orcas to see, so there's that.
Wish List: All the places. Seriously. I never get to travel much and there's so many places I want to go! I can't make up a decision.

Nibbling saltines today because I'm over pretzels. The good news is that I seem to be able to keep saltines down with this baby as opposed to DS where they made me even more sick. So. Yay, I guess.

Surprisingly I still only feel sick if I get hungry. I hope that stays. I'm planning on trying some exercise tonight to help with all the binge eating I keep doing during my omg I'm starving moments.
I'm having an internal battle as to whether or not I should get betas. *loss mentioned* After our MMC, my OB said, next time I got a positive test, I could choose how many tests/scans I wanted to do and she'd support whatever decision we made. Last time I had great betas (4 draws), a scan at 6.5 weeks with a heartbeat, and it didn't make a difference at all. So my feelings this time around are sorta in the "why waste the time and money" camp. I'm waffling as to whether it's less stressful not to have any of that information at all, which is bizzare for me since I'm a type A data control freak most of the time.
Anyhoo... just needed to write that down to get it off my chest.

My favorite vacation so far with DH has been Aruba. OMG it was awesome.
Favorite family vacay with my parents/siblings was WDW.
I've been fortunate to have the opportunity to travel a lot for work (and for play!). But I'd really like to see more of the US - like a cross-country road trip.

So first, ((hugs)) loss sucks and pgal brain sucks. I wish it could just be easy and full of hope and joy.
Second, that's a tough choice. On the one hand, you are very sceptical about the betas anyways because you lost after milestones. But maybe it would be better if you saw that they were going up even still being cautiously optimistic about it all? And then could you arrange another scan before your 12 week scan?
