I think she might be starting to merge into teething territory even though she's only 12 weeks on Thursday. She's super super drooling and the fussing only happens sometimes. Neither of us has any symptoms of thrush.
I have noticed my letdown much more- like, I feel it happening now. I feel it in the non-feeding boob, and I feel it start when it's been too long between feedings because she's napping or I'm at work.
I wonder if your letdown has gotten stronger so she anticipating that it will be too fast. Does she seem to be having problems keeping up when she starts nursing? Mine has moved the opposite way. I rarely feel my letdown now, whereas a few weeks ago I felt it regularly and it was almost painful. E would gag sometimes when nursing then.
She seems to have very little issue keeping up. She's had a few times where I get it shooting out and she will unlatch.
So LO had a bacterial diaper rash. Poor little guy. I kept wondering why the redness kept coming back. Dr gave him RX for some ointment. Let's hope it clears up soon. He needs to use the ointment 2x a day for 10days.

We haven't yet but I'm thinking we can at least take a look. LO has really good head control and we hold her against us facing out and she keeps her head steady just fine. She is also among the older babies on the board I think... She will be 16 weeks tomorrow.
None of my carriers allow for facing out. I did it twice with dd1 and she didn't like it. I wore her facing in on my front and she never cared. I think the last time I wore her she was about 14 months. Wearing her always guaranteed her falling asleep. Hopefully E is the same!
I've worn K in a kangaroo carry in the ring sling before. I regularly wear her in a hip carry. She HATES being carried in a way that she can't see out, so I break all the rules.

Max is 16 weeks. He'll be 4 months on the 28th. We decided to wear him outwards when we were at the farmers market the other day. He loved it. We turned him inwards because he looked like he was getting sleepy, he started screaming. He hates being inwards now.

We broke the rule too. LO just doesn't like facing in anymore. He is so nosey, he wants to see the world.

I can let you know after D gets his this afternoon. Honestly, I try not to schedule anything the couple of days around vaccinations if I can help it. He may do well, he may not.
Could you reschedule the appointment for after the pics if you're concerned?

We have our 4 month appt scheduled for 7/1. I am going to change it because I don't need a fussy baby at the family 4th of July picnic. I would re-schedule to be on the safe side.
Does every baby go through the 4 month sleep regression? Just curious to see how common it is.
I don't think everyone does. I remember having to get up with #1 for a few nights when he would have teething pain and need medicine and then it would get better

Neither of my olders did ((hoping I didn't just jinx myself))
I was wondering this too today! Ethan has been a CHAMP the last week sleeping 10 hours straight. I know its b/c of the secret swaddle/miracle blanket. I'd like him to never learn to roll over and also never go through the 4 month regression. Is there a baby God I can pray to?

Actually both of mine slept better once they could roll and sleep on their tummies!

K had them two days ago. She slept a ton yesterday, but other than that was as happy as can be. Did your LO have a reaction to the 2 month shots?
Any tips on getting DS to nap for longer periods during the day? He takes little cat naps, but he's a lot happier if he sleeps for longer periods. Longer naps generally mean an easier bed time too. It doesn't seem to matter where he sleeps during the day. Sometimes he will go an hour in the morning, but it's almost always no more than 30 minutes for all naps.

Do you use white noise? My little is super fn nosey so she has a hard time with naps at daycare, but not really at home. I find that if I put the white noise on I can still do stuff around the house without disturbing her.

Is he awake awake? Being home with my LO yesterday showed me that he stirs after about 20 minutes but he settled back down, never getting to full-on crying. He went on to sleep for about two hours. He takes about three nas during the day: a short 30-40 minute one in the morning, a long 1.5-2 hour one midday and another short one on the late afternoon/evening.

White noise doesn't make a difference. We've tried it during the day and night. Sometimes he'll fuss a little and go back to sleep, but the majority of the time he wakes up fully. I think even one longer nap would help him.
