I feel like a brat wanting that considering for the most part DS sleeps fairly well with just one wake up... But I miss sleeping in

My kid did the opposite, he now sleeps from 8-3 and it's driving me crazy! He only sleeps in 2 hour increments after, so I'd like for him to go to bed at 10 and wake at 5, then sleep another 2 hours rather than this 3,5,7 am feeding business. 😩

We are on the exact same schedule except that 7am feed is at 6:30.

H has started taking the early morning feeding around 4. DS only woke twice last night. If he keeps that up it will be so nice for us to each get about a 6 hour solid stretch each night! I go back to work in a little over 2 weeks so we wanted to go ahead and get a routine going.

Mine does almost the same thing. Only he is usually down by 7. It used to be closer to 8 and he'd sleep until 4. Now he's down by 7, up at 2 and every 2 hours after that. Often he refuses to go back down in his crib too. Boo!
LO has trace amounts of blood in her stool. Doctor said to try and give up dairy ( she was very relaxed about it). I'm not super worried since my SIL did dairy and soy free for all 4 of her kids. I need to find a good coffee creamer and I'll be happy. Going to go enjoy my last normal coffee and bowl of cereal and milk since I do not have non dairy anything in the house.
Have you guys ever looked at your to-do list and been like "whelp no nap today... Or tomorrow"? I just had one of those moments lol
No but I look at my toddler and say that every day!
Not going to lie we want one more and I'm already trying to get myself to acknowledge that naps will probably cease to exist for me if/when #2 comes along lol
snoris or anyone... Can you send me the form you use to track things like diapers, meals, etc at daycare? My sister's daycare opened today and she hadn't thought of this but I love it!

annarose, I'm right there with you. I thought we were doing well once night, that poop was back to yellow, but i've been dairy-free since 4th of july and poops are still green. No more blood though. We have an appt this week!

I can send you a copy of what we use but I won't be there until tomorrow is that okay?
annarose you can try coconut milk creamer it's not bad ...I don't eat dairy but still use international delight creamer but I don't use a lot and ds doesn't have a severe allergy ... Also I doubt it's real dairy anyways who knows what's in that stuff

This made me curious so i checked DHs creamer.. ID actually DOES have cream. I was surprised lol.
W will only nurse in the side lay position now. I think she is broken. I like the side lay, but I don't want to lay down every time I nurse her. When did babies become so opinionated?

Occasionally the stars align and A takes a nap during J's nap. Yesterday I got 40 minutes of nap overlap. I was asleep for about 38 of those.
DS is dropping weight percentiles but still gaining just under an ounce a day. I'm trying not to freak out, but DD did this too and ended up FTT. He has another weighted feed Wednesday and weight check. Of course I'm sick and it's so hard to force myself to battle the OALD and get him to nurse for more than 3 minutes a side. Andplusalso I kind of think I have my period. Either that or PP bleeding made a random return at 10 weeks. The universe hates me right now!! Hope you're all faring better.

DS is dropping percentiles as well and gaining weight slowly. So can sympathize with the trying not to freak oUt :/

Ugh it's the worst. But he's so happy otherwise! So much more than his sister was. I've tried pumping after he eats and feeding him that in a bottle or with a tube taped to my finger, but he just smiles and spits it all out. He's obviously full. And I can only pump about a half ounce after he eats, so I think he's just really fast. But the numbers say otherwise. I'm at a loss! Also this really probably belongs in the breastfeeding thread but I'm exhausted so here it stays.
Speaking of DS my scale shows ~5oz gain in 5 days. My weighted feeds when I was feeding him on demand showed he was getting between 3-4oz per feed. Now that the doctor has me on a strict very two hours during the day the feeds are 2.5-3.5 oz, leaning more towards 2.5 typically.
Now based on my math skills I'm thinking he's getting slightly more oz a day with this schedule. But he is spitting up more so I don't really know how much it's helping (if at all). But I told the doctor I would try until the next appointment. He said he'd like to see a minimum of 4 oz per feeding but I can't really force DS to keep nursing if he's done...
