In no hurry for M to walk. Not at all! Lol! He is a super star with crawling, and we are good with that. Lots of pulling to stand and some brief cruising, but in no rush for walking! Lol

2dumbdogs I guess when people ask me I've been saying he's walking between stuff and he's trying longer distances. The past couple of days he's been walking a lot more of the time though and I just didn't know where the line between cruising and walking is.
We're so far from walking. M still army crawls. He tries to pull up sometimes, but really just to get in my lap. He'll tolerate us helping him stand a little more but doesn't try to step at all. But he does love bouncing.

If he can walk without holding onto something then it's walking

We aren't walking either and I have one of the oldest A15ers. I'm not worried. Ethan has been walking while holding onto furniture for about a month so I think it won't be long
Okay I guess I meant when do we classify our kids as "walkers". And I guess I got my answer. I wasn't classifying him as such but I guess it's time.
You have a walker on your hands!! Grab your running shoes and enjoy! Lol! Cruising is really when they are holding onto to something and walking around that way. But walking would be not holding anything.

Yeah I think I'm still in denial and I'm just noticing he's doing more walking than cruising anymore. It threw me off thinking he's a walker.
So when do we say our kid is walking? W is now walking 80% of the time. He can walk back and forth across entire rooms. He definitely still crawls and cruises too though so is he walking?

From my experience people want to know if they are walking (without holding on to support) or cruising (walking while holding onto things like a couch or your hands).
Id say W is walking.
Eta: I really should finish reading before replying. I see redandblue covered this.
I woke up with a little sinus drainage and store9throat. I've felt progressively worse through out the day. I'll be going to bed early tonight and hope I feel fine in the morning.
tuscanlatte what are you going to use your mixer to make first?!
W just had eggplant parm for dinner and was a big fan. H got home in time to give him a bath (my most disliked activity) and the painter that was recommended just swung by and gave us a quote.

abominationsnowman oh no hope he's safe and get a back sooner than expected. Also, is he crab fishing? I had a few friends in Seattle who repaired those boats. Those babies are huge!

Salmon fishing. It's only a thirty foot boat. No one has showered for 34 days. I cannot imagine the cabin fever/smell combo.

I bet they are ripe. Do you make him shower before he's allowed in the house
