Yes it will make a difference. Mine was a bit of a unique case since they assigned my LMP date becuase I didn't respond to my first round of Femara. I didn't technically have a period. They called me in for my first ultrasound based on my recorded O date since I was on a monitored timed intercourse and they knew around when I o'd. When you go for the ultrasound mention your actual O date, if it's not already in your file with then. I'm excited for you! Fx for a good visit.
Thank you! We also did TI so that's helpful.
Ok so they will for sure have it all in your file. Don't worry- they should know what dates are important. But good to be prepared to "remind" them if it seems they dont remenber your history on this cycle.
Every since my appointment it has been extremely painful to pee. They did a vaginal culture as part of the exam. For some reason I was really sensitive to the swab, which is not normal for me, but I wrote it off as pregnancy sensitivity. It also hurt when they trIed to do the failed ultrasound. There was also a small spot of blood when I wiped, but my guess is that it is just irritation. Now I'm freaking out,

Forgot to mention Drs office is closed for the day, so I can't call about it.
This is what I was thinking, too. heytheredelilah - is there an after hours line you can call? I had a UTI with my first pregnancy and they wanted me to start antibiotics ASAP. Even if it's not that, maybe they can give you an idea of what's going on. (((Hugs)))
heytheredelilah did it start with the swab or was it happening before? If it happened after the swab I wonder if the speculum may have made a small scratch and your urine is irritating it when you pee? There's a lot of extra blood down there right now from the hormones so it could just be extra sensitive like you said. If I were you I'd give it a day and if it's still bad tomorrow call. If it is a scratch it should heal quickly! Of course if you're really in a lot of pain or something doesn't seem right you trust your gut and call
@heytheredeliah I also think it sounds like a UTI. I think you should try to see your doctor soon to check for it. Maybe the vaginal culture would detect it? I'm not sure how it's diagnosed. I'm so sorry you are dealing with this right now.

My DH texted my Dr. ( they work together). It didn't start until the swab so he thinks he probably just irritated something, and they took urine at the appt and it was clean. He is prescribing antibiotics anyway, just to be safe.

I am so stinking exhausted. My child was super wild today, so I can only sum up the day as spending essentially every moment from keeping him from killing himself. Luckily, H reminded me I have cake in the fridge. Because I had totally forgotten I bought it earlier today. Pregnancy brain is apparently in full force.
