We drove home last night and it went pretty well. Got home around 12:30 and were all in bed and asleep around 1:15. O hasn't been sleeping well since he got sick. There has been a lot of screaming in the MOTN and now sits up then panics because he's stuck. He was still perky and awake at 7. Counting the minutes until naptime. Zero plans today and tomorrow. Vacation recovery then soaking in my last 2 weeks of summer.
LO had me up for about two hours last night, so I just got up a little bit ago. H wants to "de-clutter" today, even though most of the clutter is either toys (and he doesn't want to talk toy storage with me, ever) or his boxes of papers/things in his office that he won't actually look through. fun!
Not much planned for today. We will probably take a trip to the pool at the gym and then take it easy the rest of the day.
I went in the kitchen for 30 seconds to add milk to my coffee, come back into the dinning room/living room and E had climbed up on his high chair and was just sitting there smiling at me. I think my kid has a death wish!
Today is our last Saturday with my sister before she goes back to college. So sad! We're going to the water park, then grilling later. It's going to be a very low-key weekend here. I also need to order my new tire so I can stop going to wawa to put air in the current one every morning and do the grocery shopping.
My case of sniffles yesterday has turned into a full-blown cold. Which is awesome, since this is our last real weekend in the house, and we're supposed to pack essentially everything. So far I was able to plow through the morning ok, and am now resting on the couch under H's orders until he's done in the shower and makes me some Mac 'n cheese. Sometimes i really do love him.
DD has her bday party today. the cake I made last night didn't rise, so I redid it this morning (much better).
Yesterday I had a yard sale that was lame. I didn't get to go for my run yesterday, and today isn't looking promising. AF also arrived on time yesterday. My back hurts. I'm whining.
Time to put on my extrovert face and throw a party!
H got up with O and I got to sleep until 8:30. H left to go play in a golf tournament, O is already down for a nap, and I'm drinking coffee. I need to clean, but I'm feeling rather lazy right now. We are meeting up with my mom again later this afternoon and going to eat some Vietnamese food at Marian Days.
I want to make some blueberry muffins today so we're going for a hike up the hill to see if any are left.
I'm currently nursing A in bed and getting all the snuggles and loves. He keeps giving me kisses. On a side note, he has quit giving H kisses so last I kissed H trying to get him too. He thought that was great and just kept pushing us together
He did great last evening downtown for the art event. He grunted at any animal picture and made people laugh. I may have found a place to put my glass so I'll be looking into that soon.

erbear I de-cluttered a shoe pile that was making DH twitchy and in exchange he de-cluttered his dvd piles (that were sitting in front of the full shelves of DVDs). I also want to de clutter the basement but that means loading up the car for goodwill!

heartofglass DB loves when I kiss or tickle DH. He stares at us with an amazed face.
Reminds me of how my oldest nephew HATED for people to show affection when he was a toddler. He got jealous when his mom and dad sat close and would push them apart and say "no!" Lol
Hi all! We are just driving back from our trip! We have 5 days to clean up and repack before taking off next weekend for our last camper outing of the season haha. Hope all have been well, will try to catch up a bit!
Also, we had a great bussssy week. Some stuff was really hard, but the good things were all worth it and I'm glad they have been getting some good camping experiences in! Most of the way home DS has been saying "I don't want to go home!"
Whirlwind of a morning here. S had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic she has been on. Got her in the pedi this morning and he prescribed a new one to start on Monday once the other gets out of her system.
He was not on board with going to an ENT, so I need to talk with dh and see what he thinks. If we should trust him and wait and see how she does through fall or ask for a referral anyway.

Oh no, I hope she is better soon alayne926. That seems a little odd to me that they wouldn't refer at your request. Just a referral/consult appointment isn't actually taking any action at this point, it's just getting your more information.
