We put the toddler to sleep before the baby. DD is not allowed to watch tv before bed since if majorly ducks with her sleep. Cutting it out has done wonders.

We have not gotten that lucky with schedules complementing each other. In fact they match perfectly. It appears that 9 times out of 10, baby wants to go to bed with 10min of when we start night time routine for toddler. It's uncanny.
DH needs to be out Monday night. Baby sitter already aware!
We are also on the no TV before bed camp. It MAJORLY disrupts the rest of the evening. There is little screen time. period.

This would be ideal for one parent nights unfortunately for us DD has made it clear that 7:30 is her preferred bedtime! Ideally we'd both be home every night but work calls sometimes!
