Well DS slept 9 hours last night so I feel great this morning! DD also slept all night and woke up dry. Holla!!!
DH just took DD to breakfast and run an errand. DS is sleeping on me while I watch TV and drink my coffee. Perfection.
No big plans this weekend. Going to a friends house to swim this afternoon. Church tomorrow morning. Nothing else going on but we will find stuff to do.

DH is sick with an inner ear and sinus infection. I have a service project this morning with my church group but aside from that, we will be taking it easy. I think the kids are going with DH to my in laws.
Had to wake up at 6 this morning to do laundry... Our laundry situation was so bad even baby I was out of onesies and he was on his last diaper haha. Also had no clean clothes for yoga this morning or my H's run. Good grief!
I haven't been around much this past week. Too much going on! We had DS' 2nd birthday party at our new place. It was the first time most of our friends and family saw it. And DS had a really good time! One of us has been sick all week. Started with DD, then DS and now me. Of course when DH is out of town too 😔 Lots of coffee will be had!
Has anyone else noticed a return of night sweats?? I don't remember this happening the first time around....

DH has been running around cleaning and by cleaning I mean rearranging everything so that we can't find anything 😜
Which means I've gotten almost nothing of my usual stuff done. DS is late for his nap and a hot mess. I haven't showered, I haven't pumped yet (which means my output will be crappy probably since I'm later than normal).
I just keep reminding myself he's trying to help but he's making me so anxious.
We're not doing much here this weekend. Laundry and meal planning/ grocery shopping. I'm exhausted. Being back to work is kicking my butt! Lol Lots of snuggles happening today. 😊
snoris the laundry situation is bad here too. A is currently wearing pants because he has no shorts clean. And Cam's onesie drawer is almost empty... and he has TONS of onesies! 😳
I am neurotic about laundry.. I MUST do a load before the bin is full. We have two bins for the whole family, and each one is the equivalent of one large load.
The only problem is they I never remember wore last, so I run the risk of wearing the same outfit multiple times. DD consistently wears the same dress 3-4 times a week.

I shoot for one load a day. Chances are we have soemthing equal to a full load each day. Sometimes things line up where I can do multiple loads. Mostly because DHs work clothes need to be washed separate, towels get washed seperage, whites, delicates, baby stuff, etc lol

I would think your output would be higher if you are pumping later then normal. At least that's how it works for me - pump early = lower, pump late = more

You would think...but I think it's because if I pump later I've nursed more. I seem to have a perfect window if I pump approximately half an hour after we get up.
We survived the first week of school/work/daycare. It was really hard to wake up early and get us all out the door, so this weekend, and every weekend for the next two years will be spent prepping for the week and laying out 5 days of clothes for each of us.
Our AC went out 3x this week. Nobody could figure out what was wrong with it because it would randomly start working again. It stopped working last night and I texted the a/c guy. He called back and said he was headed out for the night, so I thought he was going to tell me he couldn't come over, but he said he would stop by on his way out. He warned me he wasn't wearing work clothes. I was totally envisioning that he was going to show up wearing a night at the roxbury-esque clubbing outfit, but he was just wearing shorts, a dress shirt and flip flops, lol. He replaced the thermostat and got it working so hopefully it's fixed for good!
Oh, the never ending laundry! I had 4 baskets of unfolded laundry, but I had moved them into the spare room because I was tired of the house looking like a disaster. I asked DH to do laundry on his day off and told him there were baskets in there. I got home and they were still sitting there untouched, but the room can be a shortcut from the living rom to the kitchen, so when he saw me walk through there he was like, Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize there was laundry in there! I can't believe he never walked through there all day, but he did a bunch of other housework and cooked dinner so I wasn't mad. I did mention there was still time to fold laundry that evening. The laundry is still there...

Yes to the never ending laundry! But I'd actually prefer to do it myself rather than have MH help. I'm kinda OCD about what gets washed together, what air dries vs goes through the dryer and how things are folded 😝 Every now and then when I get really behind I'll have MH help but then it drives me crazy how he does it lol. But I am thankful for his help!

Lol when MH "cleans", I never know where they end up! Then he usually asks me where somethings went that HE moved and neither of us can find it haha. I hope your day is going smoother now!
When I went back to work with DD, DH "helped" me do laundry.. Including a weeks worth of new work shirts that had special wash instructions. I had to replace everything..

One of my worst nightmares! I think I might have cried

I did cry, lol. He now knows that the separate bin in the room he should never, ever touch. And I try to buy things that don't have special laundering instructions.
We went clothes shopping today because I desperately needed new jeans. I wore lo for like 3 hours in a hip carry and now my shoulder is angry at me. It was nice though because lo could look around easily. I think next time I will switch sides every hour.
I got some nursing shirts in the mail and I am so excited about them. The nursing tanks from H&M are really nice. Unfortunately I have to return/exchange somethings for a smaller size
BM really does help with eczema! I have a form of it on my upper arms (KP) and I put some of my dairy/soy Freezer stash on it and it made such a difference in just one day. I was shocked

Okay, first day here with the new nanny working. So far so good but I can tell she is still super shy. I'm sure she will warm up soon. DS1 had an epic meltdown after his nap because I was nursing and he didn't want to walk past her to get to me, but now they are playing in the backyard so he's over it. Haha.
