erinshelley21 I had a Pap smear at 9.5 weeks, and my doctor said my cervix was really irritated in general. I am on self imposed pelvic rest bc spotting scares me too much, but she said we would definitely have spotting with sex. Not sure if you have recently, but it could be that. After the Pap smear, I had bleeding (with small colts) for a couple of days.
Also- totally an anecdote- but I also had red bleeding at 10 weeks that was from an SCH. I've seen the baby twice since then, and she is doing fine!
Hope you are able to rest this weekend!
AFM- I went to the mall to shop maternity clothes. I don't really fit into maternity clothes, but my regular clothes don't really fit either. I'm pretty frustrated in general. Also- all the cute clothes were pretty pricey! I tried on some cheap stuff and it looked even worse. I'm going to order some stuff online and hope for the best. With sizing, do we remain the same size as we get bigger? Or do I have to buy a couple rounds of maternity Clothes?
I wore the same size all last time. But, I only gained like 18lbs cause I was super sick. The full panel pants seem to fit longer for me.
glb30 my understanding is with maternity clothes you order @ the size you would normally be if you weren't pregnant. So if you normally wear a size M shirt then order a size M maternity shirt.
Old Navy has some sweet baggy tops that are long enough to wear with leggings.
I'm 11 weeks today! I'm still not "showing" aside from extra flub but when I lean forward in my chair I notice I feel a bit "fuller" down in my pelvis. I'm hoping this is a good sign that the ute is growing and coming up.
When were many of you able to feel the hard top of the uterus? If I lay down and feel I sometimes think I can feel it, but not sure if it's really made an appearance yet.
I can feel it for sure now, at 15 weeks. They say it usually pops out of your pelvis around week 12 so I would think you should be able to feel it for sure soon!
@justinslovo absolutely not! And thanks for the info on the maternity pants!
@priss08 I'm asking you about maternity pants and missed your post about the possible flu. Sorry, I'm a jerk. I really hope it's not the flu, and that even if it is, your doctor was able to offer reassurance. I hope with DS gone tonight, you can get some much needed rest. Huge (((hugs))). The flu sucks even when it doesn't cause additional worry!

I feel like I missed so much.
We decided to just go for the iPhone 7 for me, it was a better trade in deal w our provider, spent a lot of time going through my phone and backing shit up
I'm definitely starting to feel flutters. It's like gas, but not quiet. So now I wait to see if it's a fart or maybe movement LOL.
After 3 weeks, I finally had sex with my husband last night. I wasn't really into it but DH was drunk so he probably didn't care I was being lazy. I just wanted to sleep honestly, but couldn't deny him since he hasn't asked for it this whole time. I couldn't stop thinking there was a baby in my belly! This will get harder as my belly grows. It's so distracting. I realized I really don't like pregnant sex.

I would love to upgrade but don't know if I could do the whole "no headphone jack" thing. My car doesn't have bluetooth and I like to hook up my phone on occasion via an aux cable to listen to stuff.

I have read nothing on the new iPhone, but there isn't a headphone jack? Wtf?! I can get by with it in the car by just keeping my current iPhone in there just for the music, but how the F am I supposed to run?

mikaela20 you may like it more as you get further along (I can't remembers if this is your first!) All the extra blood flow is really nice, and second trimester is a breath of fresh air after the sickness/fatigue fog of first tri.
And don't worry about the baby. I've read they even like the vibrations from mom climaxing since it slightly contracts your uterus. That's the only thing they'd feel, though.

I actually didn't know they would have an adapter. I bet it's like $20 though You could get some bluetooth headphones but it's just one more thing you have to remember to charge.

Definitely my first. I'm so clueless half the time.
This makes me feel alot better! I was imaging the baby feeling jolts and being uncomfortable. Clearly my mind was not on my husband lol.
I'm really hungry, but my dog is napping on my lap and I don't want to wake him up and deal with his morning walk. H leaves tonight for a week long business trip and I'm pretty excited to have the bed to myself
My dog sleeps in his crate in our room, and sometimes if I wake up early in the morning I try to lay really still instead of rolling around because then he'll whine for breakfast and to go out lol

I'll probably have to buy the adapter. I have child-sized ears so earbuds don't fit in my ears. Damn you apple!

My dog sleeps in our bed, but as soon as we start moving, he SHOOTS out of the room to his food bowl. Then he'll come back all, "guys? Breakfast? Yeah?"

I don't ever use the headphone jack lol only reason it didn't bother me once I really thought about it
