I'm super nauseous. Just in time for moving day. I just cut off my Calculus lesson ten minutes early because I literally couldn't stand up there anymore. I don't know how I'm going to make it through today.
The first time I was always fine during the day and felt crappy in the evenings. The last week or so I have been tired and had no appetite in the evening, but usually if I force myself to eat I feel better. Today is the first time I've felt this sick. I'm going to stop at CVS for Unisom and B6 on the way home I think.

I'm on the opposite boat. I feel pretty good while I'm eating, and no aversions yet (except pop). I'm exhausted always, though the last couple days I've felt less tired during the day, but need a nap in the afternoon. And I've gotten the nausea pretty under control drinking Earth Mama Angel Baby Morning Wellness Tea and having Preggie Chews. I picked them up at Buy Buy Baby two days ago on sale, figured I'd give them a try.

Does anyone have any recommendations on the co-sleepers or bassinets? I think I remember becole or vlagroupie talking about them. SIL's C-section is next weekend and didn't know if I should suggest this for her to make things easier with baby.

What a week I am having. My friend's surgery was this morning. Everything went well. She is in recovery now. I'm sad I am not there with her, but I had to take DD to the Dr this morning. She had a cold earlier this week, but developed a fever and is drooling a ton. She ran a strep test and the rapid came back neg. She said that if it's within the first 24 hours of the illness, that can happen (which it's likely it is). She said it looked like a textbook case of strep though so we've started her on amoxicillin while waiting on the longer strep test results. Poor thing is miserable. I'm soaking up the cuddles though.
JoBub, I would suggest the psi bands I used for nausea, but they would be pretty noticeable and I know you haven't announced yet. I have them if any of the other preggo ladies would like to try them.

I have some from last time. I didn't think they helped much, but I'll give them another try. As soon as I find the box I packed them in. Did they help you a lot? Maybe I was doing it wrong
Idk if my nose is really just on pregnancy overdrive or my house is doomed to smell.
All I smell is dog and sweat. It's driving me crazy. I'm going to be cleaning this afternoon.
I'm having this problem also. I'm so glad we're moving because we never managed to resolve our stinky dishwasher/disposal problem, and now it'll be someone else's problem. LOL

JoBub, I did notice a difference with them. The little ball part had to be on just the right spot on your wrist. Its super hard for me to explain over text, but I'm pretty sure you can find a graphic or video online to be sure. I've also heard they help some people and not others, so if you had it on right, it may just not work for you, unfortunately.
I feel better if i just keep eating. I'm sitting here trying to decide if it would be too weird to go down to the snack bar and buy like 4 nutty bars to get me through my last class.

This is me. I'm on my way to the OB but I'm stopping at DD first because I'm getting nauseous.

How'd it go ?
Good. I had my pap done and they said all my blood work and pee tests from last time were normal. And they did a dating us and I'm two days ahead, so they're not changing my dates over that. They did find a dark spot behind baby and the OB said she didn't really think it was a twin that didn't make it, but probably bleeding from implantation so I may at some point have some bleeding.
This is a FFFC because I feel bad even bringing this up. But is it necessary to have a gofundme for medical expenses, assuming they have some kind of insurance? The situation is dire, so I feel bad. But since I'm currently in the process of looking at insurance plans and max OOPs, my thought process is the most you'd pay is your premiums + max OOP. Which is NOT cheap I know. But owing $10k/15k with insurance or so vs if you didn't have insurance and paid ALL on your own (could be $50-100k+...) is a big difference.
This will probably come back to bite me when I'm complaining about my medical bills.

I was looking at the Halo Bassinet, a friend had it and really liked it. No personal experience from me yet though.

I think it depends on the situation. I believe gofundme type accounts have to be reported as taxable income and that can really hurt a family that is already struggling when tax time comes around. This is one reason why we are hesitant to do anything like that for my parents at this point. I want to say more, but I have to run.
