I'm managing to be productive despite having no motivation from being sick, so that's good. Cleaner comes today, I think, which is great. And then acupuncture later. Just have to get to Friday...

I'm excited for December! I promised myself that this was the month I'd really re-start my Stella & Dot business strong and branch out from my friends/family network. I would love to pay off some major bills before baby comes next year.

I'm doing a "winter market" vendor event outdoors on Saturday morning. It's going to be SOSOSOCOLD but at least I have an excuse to wear my new fur scarf!!

I made an attempt to actually get dressed today, but I'm wearing way too many layers and it's making my stomach hurt so bad. Tights + long cami + dress + belt = Amber cant breathe.

No acupuncture for me today. I got on the highway and then had to pull off at the next exit to dry heave. I was dizzy and seeing spots. I had to just sit there for a while until I could drive home. I am not amused, body.

My sister bought plane tickets to come to my baby shower, I am so excited. I haven't seen her in two years, she's only met DS once, during his first Christmas. She and her husband were living in London for two years, she came back for a few months, and then got sent to Australia for what wound up being 7 months instead of 3. I miss her.

W, lol yeah mine was a picture off Amazon so I it was probably okay but I wasn't sure. And it was starting to bore me anyway.

Thanks! Now that I'm not in the car and have had some water it seems a bit better. I had eaten, but maybe not enough? I'm guessing I didn't have enough food in me when I took my prenatal. Argh. I am crampy now, but I don't think it's anything bad.

ohhhh I hadn't thought of the prenatal.

Anecdote/ The day of college graduation I took my PNV on a nearly empty stomach and almost missed graduation because I felt so lightheaded.

oh no! Prenatals are so freaking intense. H is making me pasta and I am cuddling with puppies. 

I've also been crafting a theory that my baby is out to get me. If she's evil she gets it from me, so I'm mostly impressed.

Oh ho ho. You know what I found? My original icon WAS safe, some jerkbag uploaded it to a stock photo site and is selling it. "The icons are free to use either here on Livejournal or anywhere else that requires 100x100 icons since these were made originally from clip art. Thanks @wineandcupcakes. Step away from the google. Potatoes are on the list of "eat this to feel better!" my OB hands out (and I don't think she's alone, they're a common bland food for first tri). If it was all that dangerous, a lot more people would be having issues.

I say this all as someone who would also spiral, so I feel ya.

Case in point: I spent hours terrified that I might have bruised my baby because of how hard I pressed down with my home doppler.

@wineandcupcakes you'd need to eat a ridiculous amount of green potato for it to hurt your baby. Like at least half a cup of just green pieces. A bit of green isn't a big deal.

I just found the same stat. So you'd have to eat a pound of potato that was green all the way through. And I've never seen a potato like that.

XP: HALP! Everything I'm reading says take 25mg of B6 with Unisom for morning sickness but my tablets are 100mg. They're so tiny I can't even imagine breaking them in half. Do I just take the whole thing?

akraus2015 I took the 100mg tabs my whole 10-12 weeks of nausea because I didn't know any better. Oops. I think halves or fourths are fine. Also the manu is just covering their ass with the preggo or nursing warning. But ask your doc or advice nurse if you're really worried
