I cleaned the bucket seat infant insert yesterday. I am putting everything back together now and can't find the straps! What the hell did I do with the straps?!
It does get easier to find the latch anchors pibblemom! I remember feeling the same way and being all wtf this is awful. Now I just jump in there and bam!
Aaaaaand sil is pregnant, 12 weeks, due in July, all testing looks good. Thank god. I know it's selfish but maybe everyone will be allowed to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy and birth of this kid instead of having to walk on eggshells.

Our worlds sometimes feel freakishly similar.. It is not a SIL but Cousin IL that I'd mentioned had never congratulated us and I figured it was bc they were trying and, you know, family planning isn't an exact science... anyhow, she is also now due in July.

That is kind of freaky! Family. It's a whole lot of crazy.
Omg life with a newborn and an 18 month old and a 7,9 and 12 year old while in the midst of renos is insane! Ahh! C has jaundice, normal levels are up to 249, hers is 247. So I nurse her every 2 hours and that makes for super exhausted when I'm also getting up to get the kids to school at 7 lol. So tired, I'm laughing so I don't cry. But omg look how cute she is??
Eeeeek!!! So excited for all these soon to be outside babies!
ashtog that hair! And I'm going to ignore the part about life with multiple kiddos. I know you have a have a couple more than me but that part about a newborn and 18 month old got my heart racing. La la la la. Living in my ignorant blissful dream world!
Thanks ladies thelittleredm I pretty much do just sit and stare at her lol. Doing her newborn photos this weekend too yay! Was waiting til she wasn't quite so yellow
lakegirl L and C are actually pretty good now that he loves her lol. The kids went back to school today so it was a little more than I was used to but we are settling into a routine nicely!

Pregnancy brain has gone too far. Earlier I posted that I lost the car seat straps. I have been non stop searching, retracing my steps from yesterday when I removed and cleaned insert/cover. It's literally been driving me crazy. Well, I found them... attached to the bucket seat... because I never removed them...
Oh my goodness ashtog, she's beautiful! And I'm in awe of your parenting skills so will keep reminding myself I have it comparatively easy over here...
Honestly guys, I found going from one to two kids so much harder to adjust to instead of 3,4,5. I'm not sure why, but that's where I struggled the most. So hugs, high fives and ass slaps to you all as well- it all has its own set of struggles and we are all super moms 😘

ashtog she is so cute! And that picture of her and L together
I'm glad DS is already 2+ yo. He understands and can be understood so much better than when he was 18 months. The last two nights he's picked up all his blocks for me. He can get into and out of his high chair and changing table.
