It took me forever to get a spot in the class. I figured you are prepared so you wouldn't need the classes.
I signed up for breastfeeding prep, childbirth prep, and all about infants.
I'd also like to sign up for infant CPR.
I didn't do one with J either- the hospital I had him at, the class was mostly breastfeeding related and since I wasn't breastfeeding, I skipped it. I didn't have a birth plan and only wanted us both to walk away as healthy as possible. I'm also someone who walked in to every checkup with a page long list of questions lol
I highly recommend an infant CPR class. I'm up to date currently but due for renewal in the summer... my old job offered CPR every year and tacked on infant CPR for the parents
Is $45 per person standard? I was going to google to see if there was anything cheaper. I've already given the hospital $130 of my money for the other 3 classes. Plus I saw a bill on my insurance portal for $400+ for the glucose and other blood work.
Not the best episode to watch pregnant. Cue tears.
I actually didn't connect with it. Maybe it's because I watched distracted. It was like rewatching episode 1.
I wasn't into it until the end when Jack was telling Rebecca about losing the baby and then the doctor was telling his dead wife he misses her every day. Waterfall of tears.

I watched it last night and felt the same way and I'm usually waterworks central. I had a couple testy moments but not like when I watched first episode.

I think it was around $100/couple so yeah, I think that's a standard price. I remember being told the insurance should reimburse you but it depends on the plan.
That's also about right for the insurance bill for the testing... the company should negotiate it down.
