I had to ask my 4 year old to sniff my hair to see if it needed washing. She did and then looked horrified and informed me it definitely did. After my shower, she insisted on another sniff to be certain.
I'm usually a mind yo business employee when it comes to my peers, but I'd report the porn. They could be putting IT security at risk by going on those sites at work. Plus, it's unlikely, but exposing coworkers to pornographic images could fall under creating a hostile work environment if that person ever shows those images to anyone.

Everyone has covered my thoughts on the BDSM stuff.
But WTF to needing to log on to someone else's email account? I assume that means sharing passwords and whatnot? Is there seriously not a better way? A shared inbox or something?
Our IT department would clutch so many pearls over that.
I can't get over that either. If I'm out people do need to access my voicemail and cases but we have a system in place. My team has my VM password but we share a mailbox which is separate from our personal business email and have an image sharing platform so we don't have to log onto someone's computer.
I'm not honestly surprised someone would do that on a work computer. However, I'd also be questioning your policies on using another's computer. Our computers lock after 10 minutes so no one can access our accounts. You can assume she put the file there but really you have no idea since multiple people are using her pc.

One of my first jobs out of college, I had the same position as this old guy. They gave us laptops because we were on the road a lot. He was showing me how to set things up when I first started and he opened his laptop and there was a file open with lots of "blonde" "barely 18" files. He quickly x'd out of it and my 21 year old blonde self felt kind of awkward. I quit the job two weeks later, not because of him just because it sucked. But, yeah, people are not that bright about work computers.
It drives me crazy that that depends on the state. I've been a state employee in states that know to be totally secular and in states that totally ignore it and I spend way too much time going "You can't do that!" Silently.
I'd be tempted to take her aside privately and tell her you noticed it and that she should consider deleting it because if the wrong person came across it, she could be fired.
If it was me who found it, I probably would. But since it wasn't I am just pretending to know nothing and never look her in the eye again.
An old coworker used to print off porn pics at work to keep at his desk. Probably wasn't a big deal since the owner of the company was in jail for child porn.
I know Larry happened. Please do not try to convince me otherwise. Please don't talk to me about coffee. I don't drink it. I don't caffeine. When I state my opinion, that is me chiming in on a topic. This is not me saying you suck at life if you do or feel differently. If I want to say that, I will. If I want to speak on you, I will.
