Now I need some chocolate. Currently stuck under sleeping baby. We have this amazing ice cream that's wegmans brand called heavenly hash, I highly recommend it
Heavenly hash, is that chocolate with marshmallow cream and almonds?
Yes! It has peanuts too not sure about almonds.
I am dying because I'm using swipe to type and it corrected peanuts to labia.

F has been sleeping for 3 hours. I had way too much caffeine today so can't fall asleep. Especially because I'm positive he'll wake up 5 minutes after I fall asleep.
I think I'm going to try to dream feed. It didn't work with DS1 But seems to be a better sleeper

I think we should just stay here if there are people who wouldn't use a Facebook group. I'd be fine with FB but can't imagine losing anyone.
My face is killing me. Allergies have sucked the fun out of the nice weather. In happier news, my mom was playing with W's cheeks yesterday by squishing them together and he loved it! He had the biggest smiles. So cute.
Just finished feeding R, keeping him upright for a little while before putting him down for hopefully another good stretch. I think today will be my last day nursing, he just is not nursing as long or at all and I think my already low supply is tanking. I'm sad but I'm also kind of over it.
DD just asked me "why you makin' your sad face mama?". I guess my tired face is the same as my sad face.... or I'm sad because I'm tired.
We're expecting another 11-21" between now and tomorrow. This is ridiculous. I already know daycare will be closed.
We also have a brunch at DHs parents house this morning. DH got up this morning after probably a solid 8hrs of sleep on the couch and said he feels like crap and can I take both kids to the brunch without him. He's being a huge baby.

W is having a fitful nursing session. He won't stay on my boob longer than a minute or two before arching and coming off. He's farted, burped, but still acting gassy. And now I'm covered in boob juice because I won't stop leaking.
Sympathy love tits to everyone having a grumpy morning
Happy Birthday toddler @joybaby5! I'm glad everything is going better health wise for you.
Dd did fine the first part of the night (yay gas drops?) but was fussy and wouldn't go down after her 3:30am wake up. She's so noisy in her sleep too, way more than ds ever was. I can't wait to put her in the nursery even though it means more moving around for me when she does wake up. I feel bad because I never would have felt that way with ds, in fact mh practically had to force me to put him in the nursery after a month but it was the right decision for me sleep quality. I'm trying not to feel bad but sometimes the second baby guilt gets me good.

E slept from 1:30 to 7:30. After her bottle she was still super sleepy so I put her back down. I am going to rest again too once I am done pumping. I have a bad headache.
meeggaannww I remember that feeling too, it's so hard but I felt so relieved to be done after.
Yay to all the sleepy babies. I didn't get more than a 2.5 stretch but she was sleeping right after one in her crib starting at 8pm so that was a huge win. The toddler is still asleep too so yayy.
Re: Facebook- I can go either way, but I've been in close-knit groups where some people went to fb and some didn't and it really divided the group until it was basically 2 different things.
DS1 completely showered FIL in vomit last night. I've never seen so much puke come out of someone so small. It was everywhere- all over the foyer in like a 6 foot square, all over DS, all over FIL. It was a mess. We went out to dinner and he fell asleep in the car. He seems fine this morning, so I'm hoping it was just overeating at dinner, too much milk, and falling asleep in the car while being too bundled. Ugh. He did puke once in the night, but we didn't realize until checking up on him during L's first wake up. He seems fine this morning thank goodness.
After a horribly rough day yesterday, I managed to get about an hr and a half nap when my mom came over. Then, overnight a miracle happened. Katie slept for NINE hours. NINE! 10-4 and 5-8. I have no idea what to do with the energy I have today.

lakegirl we all slept so much better when we moved DS to his own room. But N is so little and such a noisy sleeper I'd be running in there all the time to check on her. We'll wait until she's at least three months
Happy birthday to your big boy @joybaby5!
Sorry about the snow and the whiny manchild ellabee
Wow to everyone that got a 5+ hour stretch! We got a 4 which is our longest to date, so I'll take it because we're improving!
This is technically wake up 2. DS is about to get up. I'm hoping to go back to sleep. I'm tired and sore from two days of solo parenting. Thankfully DH is home until Wednesday.

My parents took DS1 both nights this weekend which was great for me until my mom texted this morning saying he wasn't feeling well. Maybe this isn't just an allergy problem. Maybe it is. My ears are killing me.

Going back to sleep is not happening. The last few days she's having an alert period after the 7am wakeup. FML. I'm starving and I've been up for an hour and a half. Two diaper changes and she's falling asleep on the second boob.
