ssm Oh yes, I absolutely agree with needing iron when dealing with anemia! I'm sorry you're feeling discouraged today. I think I heard one time that iron can increase constipation, so it could be related to your vitamins. I'm not sure what the reason for my constipation is though, I've just been eating all the pears and praying for a good poop. Hope you start feeling better soon. : )
sunshineandbabytoes Someone once told me that pickle juice helps get rid of heartburn. I haven't tried it yet myself, but definitely have a jar in the back of my fridge just in case.

**Food Warning**
AFM, I found the $25 Olive Garden gift card H and I got for Christmas. I'd been craving shrimp all morning, after seeing something on tv with shrimp I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I decided to treat DS and myself to a fancy lunch. I ordered online, drove 20 min across town to pick it up, then 20 min back. That shrimp scampi linguini and chicken gnocchi soup was the best decision I've made all week. DS had chicken strips and macNcheese with fries, and I had his raspberry lemonade. Also, bread sticks. Best. Day. Ever.
Mobile Users - do you use the app or just the mobile site?
I'm on mobile 90% of the time but haven't downloaded the app yet so I usually wait to post until I'm on desk top. I'm like a grandma about downloading apps on my phone. I think I have two.
I hate the app. I'm always on the mobile site or desktop site during the week while I'm at work

I'd buy $25 worth of bread sticks if that's even possible. Mmmmmm.
ssm When do you take your prenatal? Last pregnancy a friend suggested I take it at night and it was a total game changer!!
i take them when I remember. Lol. I was doing at morning. Then at bed. But I have forgotten it twice at bed. So I'm doing morning. But I haven't noticed a difference in my stomach if I take them am or pm.
ssm, I could have written the last two paragraphs of your post. I also gained 40 lbs with DS (some of it pre-e water retention) and am struggling with the constipation this time too. I got a list from my OB that has safe things to try to help move things along. I'm going to find it and can PM to you if you want it.
sure! I am sorry you are in the same boat. The PA I saw today said to try colace. So I'm giving it a whirl. I picked up a small package today.
Cythe, My husband loves going to the movies but I am more of a stay home and binge on a TV show kind of gal. I agreed to rent a movie with him this weekend. Any recs of movies that may be on demand now?
Hey, I just got this and pulled up On Demand, haha. So, it depends on what you guys like and what you're feeling these days. Like, Manchester by the Sea was so good, as long as you're ready for some feels.
Dr. Strange was good, a little mind fuckey. Maybe not my favorite Marvel movie.
Hacksaw Ridge if you're feeling like some shoot um up, war movies with feels.
H and I really liked Arrival, but I've heard that not everyone enjoyed it. It's about aliens, so it's a little out there and more story based instead of action. I think people think it's a little slow.
I'd love to hear what others who have seen these think!
IUI 1-3 BFN IVF #1 - Oct '15 - 10R, 3M, 0F IVF #2 - August 16 - 12R, 11M, 5F. 1 to transfer and 2 to freeze - BFP!! - MMC caught at 7w5d FET #1 - 1/26 - BFP, due 10/14
OH!! AND somewhere along the recent past....I think I bumped to silver? Or was I silver already and I am waiting for gold? I really thought I was bronze though.....
I can't remember if I took my Pre Natal. I can't decide if it's worse to skip or worse to accidentally double up.
Anyone done this before?
I'd err on the side of skipping. Taking an extra prenatal just puts more vitamins in your system than you can process, so I wouldn't want to waste it. It's not bad to skip one occasionally. :)

They retooled the categories not too long ago. I jumped from bronze to whatever I am now. Citrine?

I can't find the categories. I swear at one time we had this list of what equaled what. But, yeah, that was way back when we started this whole entire shebang

It's in the About board, I'm pretty sure. Next time I'm on desktop, I'll link ya. :)

you are right. It is there. I swear I looked there. But I looked on the computer. Now I looked on my phone and found it immediately. Guess I should just stay mobile. Lol
starmile , I have to do Lovenox injections for a month postpartum. MFM had me take a baby aspirin daily at some point last pregnancy. Maybe during third tri? I can't remember exactly when I started it. I have Factor V Leiden but no clot history.
I have FVL as well, no clot history but a loss history so I started my injections I think it was the night of my FET and I'll go through 6wks postpartum which is what I did last time. Heparin in the last few weeks instead of Lovenox, or at least that's what I did with my daughter. I don't know if it will be different this time since I'll probably have a scheduled CS.
I feel like mine are all stinging. I don't remember them stinging this bad last time around. Maybe I'm just having crappy luck with where I inject.
So. Tired. DS was up at 2 wanting freaking milk. I know my supply dropped so I tried offering a sippy before bed but he wasn't super interested and only drank an ounce. After I put him back in his crib, I was wide awake until 4 and then my alarm went off at 5:30. So tired.
I have been meaning to ask, is anyone else here high risk? If so m aybe we can have a check-in or something once a month since it can be nerve wracking at times.
I'm high risk. I have a clotting disorder so I'm on blood thinners. There's also two in there, which ups the risk. I'd definitely be down for a check in!
I have a migraine again. Seems like every weekend. I normally get them but with DS1 I only had one and they went away.
Anyone else having them? What're you doing to cope? I've been doing Tylenol, caffeine, ice packs etc
I am. I had them before pregnancy, but they seem more frequent now. Caffeine, Tylenol, and an ice pack is about all that I can do. It doesn't get rid of it completely but definitely eases it.
