HCG is 981, progesterone is 28. They're very happy with that. Going back Wednesday at 2:45 for my redraw.
That is a really high number for 4+2, did you ovulate early? (not saying there is anything wrong with it...just that it is really quite high). You got your bfp so early too so it was making me curious.

Yes, 4+2 yesterday when they drew. I got a BFP at 8dpo, O'ed on cd15, so maybe that's it. Otherwise I want to know if there's more then one in there because my initial thought was that it was a high number too. Won't complain though, pregnancy is progressing it seems, so I'll take it.

Who knows, bodies are so weird. It is a good number! Could mean twins but could also be your body overcompensating with hormones to keep that little one safe and sound. Fingers crossed for doubling!

Bodies are definitely weird. There's such a wide range of what's normal too. The doubling is what's most important, so FX for a great second number!
Legit just sneezed like 7 times and bit my tongue doing so. God I wish this cold would bugger off!!
Sorry you're sick. I've had a cold for about a week but it finally seems like it's sloooowwwwwly getting better. Guess it's just that time of year with all the crap going around. Feel better soon!
My sil is pregnant and due with her first in July. She is texting me asking about stroller advice. It's taking everything I have no to spill the news to her via text.
I'm awful in that I wanted to encourage you to tell her lol

One of my besties randomly texted me last night asking "any baby news?" (She knew we were going to be TTC this year). DH and I agreed not to tell friends until after the first appt but it was really hard not to tell her.
I just took my last pregnancy test, officially not peeing on anything again until my appointment next week.
Ha and now I'm remembering my last pregnancy, and how I randomly got stage fright and had to go chug a soda to get a pee sample. It took like an hour.
Confession: I'm 6w3d and have still peed on sticks every few days since getting my BFP 3 weeks ago. I told myself I'd stop after my betas were over 5,000 because I know it doesn't tell me anything at this point, but I like seeing the line.
God my SIL is doing my head in. Yesterday she texted MIL saying "I tagged you on the picture Hannah (me) put up of C since she didn't"... what?! I didn't realise every picture I upload I need to tag MIL?! SO petty.
And DH just rang me saying "my sisters annoyed that we didn't invite her to the movies this Saturday" ohhh my god. DH explained that it's a date night for just me and him as it's my birthday. She didn't care and expected DH to go behind my back and invite her.
DH is now dreading telling her that we can't come to her birthday meal, 3 Fridays away. The weekend before her meal we would've just gone out for MIL's birthday meal (where we are telling them all about baby #2) and just simply cannot afford another £60 meal within 6 days, plus my Mum can't have C and the meals at 7pm, his bedtime is at 8pm and the meal is a 30 min drive away from us. AND DH can't get the Friday off work and not in a million years am I handling an over tired toddler on my own and trying to keep him awake in the car on the way home and driving?! It's not even a family meal for SIL's one is a friend meal, MIL isn't even going and I don't know any of SIL's friends as they are all like 20 yrs old.
My H, being the ever-responsible adult that he is, informed me that he has $490 in his flex spending account from 2016 that he has to use by tomorrow. We knew we would have some but I didn't realize how much. (his company has a HRA for each employee and his is large enough to have covered all of his and DS's medical expenses for 2016 and 2017) So we have decided we are going to buy a Medela Sonata pump for me. I used the PISA last time and it was just fine but I am super excited about getting a new, fancy smart pump. I am a numbers nerd so having the ability to have it communicate with an app is like life altering for me.
LOL I had the same thought as you. The description sounded yummy and then the pic made me want to barf.
My sister, who visited us this past weekend, just texted that she most likely has strep throat. So, that's cool. I will just be here hoping and praying none of us caught it.
Urgh, I hope you guys don't catch this!
The two people on either side of my work cubicle are sick right now. I'm mostly just worried about being sick for my vacation. But thank god we have high walls.

That's awesome! I have a Medela double from last time that was good enough but I was hoping to get a new one with my insurance this time around. I think I had to wait until maybe halfway to request one last time. But I am not holding out hope because who knows what is going to happen with the ACA.
You should still be fine no matter what happens with the ACA. Since you are currently enrolled in a plan that was created under the ACA, they can't change what is covered for the remainder of the plan year. You basically signed a contract with them for the period of coverage for your plan. Those of us in the States are lucky that we are pregnant and due to deliver this year, that's for sure. Next year could be a serious shit show.
