J is off the chain, so she's getting shipped to the IL's for a cousin sleepover.
C slept from 8-1:30, then 2-5:30, and then until 7! I think the universe is rewarding us for surviving J's horrible sleep. She never slept for more than 2 hours at a time, and she didn't STTN until 18 months. C is my favorite today LOL
I have to do some work from home, then go to the office. Boo...

Two of six servers at DH's company have blown up in the last 3 days. So he's heading to the office today. But not before he takes the 3yo to the Home Depot workshop and to some train thing.
Lo and I are heading to BJs and target. I wanted to do target solo, but since I don't know how long DH will be at work...
We tried to send LO1 to my parents last night for a sleepover and she shocked us and wanted to stay home. Last night the babes were not nice to us. 3 hours to get actually to sleep then up twice. Sleep get day are playing tricks on us. We figured as bad of a sleeper LO1 was we'd be better this time but we aren't....worse x2.
oldbaylover1024 Sorry for having to work. My co workers have been blowing my phone and email up more than I care for the last two weeks but I haven't had to come into the office yet thankfully. At least it's April now. I see the light at the end of the tax tunnel...
shellbell Have a fun Target trip! I don't think there's such thing as a bad Target trip though.
MIL apparently went on a couple Ann Taylor shopping sprees the past couple weeks without trying things on before buying. Apparently half of the stuff she didn't like on so she gave everything g she didn't want to me to take back and buy me some work clothes for when I have to go back. Excited to do some free shopping today! DS will come with so hopefully he naps through it. Then we're going to one of DHs customers retirement parties and I finally get to meet some coworkers of his. There will be an oyster roast and crab boil, beer and a bouncy castle. DD is going with and DS is going to stay with the ILs. Should be fun!

@jacks605, you twin mommas are incredible. Hope they get into a rhythm soon.
oldbaylover1024, I'm finding the second baby to be a better sleeper too. DS1 slept like J. He ate MOTN until a year and didn't STTN until 14 months. Cannot do that again.
shellbell, I hope you get to target alone. That's the dream. I've managed one solo trip since DS2 was born.
pivot spending "not my money" is my favorite. Hope the baby sleeps for you!

DS2 slept 8-2 then 2:30-6 then 6-DH woke us up so he could go get the tire fixed. I am so glad he didn't cough all night. And I cannot believe he slept that well. I'm thinking of trying to take DS1 to Home Depot per shellbell 's recommendation. We gotta do something out of this house or I will lose my mind. DS2 is 2 months today which is crazy! I've also got to do some work stuff today or I will be even more behind Monday when I start back to work!

We have my uncles surprise party at 1:00. I'm just hoping we can make it out the door by then. We should probably start trying to leave now.
Afterwards we might drive around some car lots and look at some things. We can't decide whether we should get a van now (assuming we'll have 3 or 4 kids eventually), or just get an SUV that we could fit 3 car seats across now, and wait to get a van if we need one in 3/4 years. Decisions decisions.

OMG I can't handle the lack of planning that I'm surrounded by. MH doesn't fully know what's going on tonight at the IL's house, so they haven't left yet. Sooooo I'm not getting anything done yet at home and I still have to swing by the office today. LOUD NOISES!!!
And I think my supply is dwindling. I had this issue with J - as soon as I started working out and cutting a few calories, my supply tanked. FX I just need to drink some more water.
shawnabm1320 - I'd go van. Everyone I know that has one loves it. Especially with two+ carseats.

It's finally sunny outside and even though it's still cold, I'm loving the light. Kiddos are just chillin, so I'm being a bum on the couch and pinteresting all the ideas for our home improvement list we're going to tackle next month. I love this stuff, so I'm in my mental happy place.
oldbaylover1024, hurray for better sleep! Sorry for the planning chaos. Hopefully everything comes together.
shellbell, you've really piqued my curiosity with the Home Depot workshops. DH works on Saturdays, so it would be on me to take G to it. Feasible with an infant and a toddler?
musicallyinclined, that's great that he got such good sleep! Continued prayers for quick recovery.
shawnabm1320, good luck with the potential vehicle hunt. While I do love the one we got, in retrospect I wish we had gotten a van. I wanted a crossover because vans seemed so huge and clunky to me, but the difference in size is basically nil. The inside space in a van, however, is way better. Our 3rd row, while not used all that often, is really tight.

It's my birthday today! S gave me the gift of a good night's sleep. Good baby! We did an infant massage class this morning. Now my parents and grandma are on their way and we're getting sushi.
staz- Enjoy the movie! I keep hearing good things about it.
musicallyinclined- Glad for some sleep that will help healing for the kiddos!
DH is taking the stir crazy 3yr old to the hardware store. Then I'll take alll 3 for a bit so he can go for a run. He needs more picture hanging items for me to get more decor up. Too many empty walls in this house!!!
notagoddess Happy birthday! I hope you have a great day!!
Invested in some tummy control briefs before attempting to shop. It was a good call - found a lot of good stuff! Now to get DD to nap before we go to DHs work thing..

oldbaylover1024 my supply has definitely decreased a little too. I used to be able to nurse and then pump after. She seems fine with just nursing and I'm just accepting that I can't store up much extra right now. I am also giving a bottle of pumped milk in evenings if she seems frantic for more milk than I can give her. I have a decent amount saved, and once I am back at work all night I will be able to store the milk. I usually pump twice in an 8 hour shift. Until she consistently starts sleeping through the night (ha ha ha....)
We went to the mall this morning despite the snow. I got new sneakers to workout in (super excited about them), and a new phone screen protector because mine was cracked.
Both kids are napping in their cribs, DH and I had some really good sex, and now he's gone to get groceries and go to the gym. I did plan a nap during this time, but I'm sitting here watching shows on my DVR. And I'm sure my toddler will be waking up shortly.
R is currently napping flat in her crib; I'm considering trying this tonight in her bassinet as well as an earlier bed time.

My new wrap came yesterday and I'm using it today and holy s**t this is amazing! So much more comfortable than my k'tan and I'm enjoying all the baby snuggles while hands free without the aching back. I wish I'd known about this sooner...

shawnabm1320, we have a new pilot and love it. I just couldn't pull the trigger on a minivan. That said, I rode in my administrative assistants Odyssey and it was super nice.
shellbell bunny basket was a hit. He had so much fun and it's pretty cute.

Happy birthday notagoddess! How did the infant massage class go? I can't imagine my LO cooperating for very long. When she is over something, it's like the end of the world. We are going to try and get a haircut this afternoon. Hopefully DH won't have a shit show on his hands while I'm in the chair.
flyinghorses6 - I've got a ton stored already - thank goodness. My oversupply issues plus his NICU time allowed me to pump and store TONS. It's just frustrating that this is happening again. I was making really good progress on my gym routine and eating, but I don't want to damage my supply either. Ugh we'll figure it out.
I hate WFH sometimes. I have to go to the office today, which involves showering and looking presentable. Which obviously defeats the WFH laziness...
I'm getting Starbucks as a reward for going out in public.

AFM - we finally had a good night, Z stayed down from 11-6 then again from 7-9. This was after her sleep boycott from 7-11pm last night, but still I'll take it. DH and I finally had our first PP sex...wasn't awful, but OW. Bleeding afterwards is normal right? Not for long or anything, but I was definitely wiping away blood afterwards last night and again this morning.
I had a productive morning, took a few hours for myself and went to the gym, got a manicure, and got my eyebrows waxed. The latter two in preparation for our photos Monday since DH works tomorrow so I won't be able to go. I figured DH should get the alone time with Z since he's also leaving us shortly to go to a wedding. We still haven't left Z with anyone else yet. In the almost 11 years I've been with DH I've never met the friend whose wedding this is so I don't feel badly at all not going. DH is taking his BF as his "date" since he also knows the guy.
Other than that I'm worried about my supply too like oldbaylover1024. I had some really awesome days last week, but the past few days I've been fighting for every ounce again like the beginning. My most recent pump this afternoon HURT too. It hurt in my nipple so I'm not sure if there's a clog in there I can't feel or what. I'm hoping this is fluke though. I already drink like 100oz of water a day...I guess I'll go back to a cup or two of mothers milk tea a day too.

Of course my baby who slept like crap last night, is super exhausted today. I feel like she's playing catch up, but I worry she will not be as sleepy tonight. Also praying she poops soon because it's been a while...
