I figured I'd start this...
MH is getting **snipped** today! This baby factory is closed! I'm gonna drop off J, go to the gym, then hit Target for snacks and Star Wars movies to keep MH occupied and happy.

DS2 coughed all night. I'm so ready for this crap to be out of his system. It is making everyone grumpy. I'm trying to get a new license today. There's so much to do at work! So many things slipped through the cracks while I was away!

Yesterday was essentially a wash since we suddenly had to go buy a car. So today we're basically doing everything we were supposed to do yesterday.
We are trying to cut our eating out budget by like 2/3, so H got me hazelnut syrup and made me a latte this morning. Yum. Clara didn't spend quite as long grunting and groaning this morning, so I feel more rested even though we got no long stretches. It's supposed to rain today, so I'm guessing we'll be stuck inside. If there's a break we might go for a walk - hopefully that satisfies the grumpy one (DS). He loved the new stroller yesterday, so I'm excited about that.
Rain here. I have my 6 week Pp visit today and we're visiting my grandma beforehand. Then home to clean up a bit and maybe tackle a project or two. H was supposed to mount a shelf but hasn't had time so I may see if I can do it. It's be nice to have it done. I'll see if the baby sleeps...
My closet is about 35% done. And I cannot even tell you. There is a MOUNTAIN of clothes that are getting donated. What's left is actually a very minimal amount. Thank God, most of it was stuff I didn't like, got as hand me downs from friends/family, was ill fitting even before the pregnancy, had holes... like Jesus. If I can afford to dress DH only in Brooks Brothers, I can afford to have a nice wardrobe for myself. I'm done hoarding crap.
Today's goal: finish the closet, apply for more jobs, phone interview with one job.
Hoping E isn't fussy and gets in lots of short naps today! FX

Little R has caught the toddlers cold/runny nose and cough. She was congested ALL night. I thought she was a loud sleeper before, but she sounded like a little piglet last night. She slept on my chest from midnight on. She didn't eat at all from 11:30-5:30 but then I nursed her and she proceeded to projectile vomit all over me and the bed. I think the congestion and the reflux got the best of her. She's asleep on my chest now, DH took K to gymnastics this morning so we have a little peace and quiet, for now.
So the last 2 days I've been trying to cut out DS witching hour by getting him to bed at a decent hour. Well Sunday night he was in there by 10 and last night 8:30! It meant I was woken up the first time after being asleep for only an hour but it was an 8:30-11:30 then 12-3:30 and 4-6:45 kind of night which is standard for him! I was worried he'd think it was party time by 4 but he's even snoozing now. I really hope I can keep this up because I really don't want to go back to be handling witching hour alone.
Today is supposed to rain so I'm hitting the library, then shopping, then we'll come home and clean up. The house is slipping into disaster since I do the bare minimum on nice days when I can get them outside.
@ flyinghorses6, your poor baby! Has she been sleeping any better?
Also is it me or do you guys also wash bottles like 15 times a day? OK that's an exaggeration... but at least three times a day?
Two nights ago was slightly better and it was her first night in her crib. Last night I'm not focusing on because of the cold. Her sleep is not generally good.
And I have little input about bottles because breastfeeding.

shellbell - Mr. OBL could take himself, but I'm taking him because I'm wife of the year. His appointment is at 2.
I'm looking for a dress for Palm Sunday and C's baptism, but my local Target failed me. I may take a trip to the other, nicer Target with a better clothing selection. FX I find something there...
Basically I'm asking for the moon - I want a long dress I can nurse in that fits my body type right now.

I really feel like there should be a whole separate line of clothing for postpartum women. Maternity clothes don't really fit anymore and regular clothes all give me a muffin top. I'm all for muffins... but in my mouth not my midsection.
AFM - I'm taking DHs car and mine to a local fire station to finally have 3 car seats across in both cars. I may have a freak out moment actually seeing 3 seats in each car.
P is two months old today. My baby is so big:( It makes me want more babies. I told DH we should go for 3u3. He said no. I am getting an IUD in 10 days, I am sad about it.
oldbaylover1024, good luck to YH today! I also need to shop for a dress. There's no way my prepregnancy dresses fit my new giant boobs...
I managed to vacuum the house and even mop the kitchen. I feel pretty proud of myself since I'd tried a few times before and had to stop when S cried to be held. I wore her today and she didn't mind the noise. It had been more than 2 weeks so the floors were pretty filthy. Now I'm sitting back and enjoying the clean. It's the little things!
oldbaylover1024 without knowing much about your style or your budget, I'm going to recommend the Land's End Fit and Flare dress. You can get them at Sears. My sister has been wearing them for years, and I just saw the light. The fabric is so nice and forgiving. Also BF friendly, though I can't remember if C is latching or not (sorry).
I have to go to the city hall and pick up S's birth certificate. I also need to go to the Social Security office to get them to resend her SS card which never came. It's gross out and I don't want to leave the house. I'm going through some sort of drive-through as a reward... I'm thinking DD.

That's cute! We have a Sears so maybe I'll check it out. The tough part is my lack of a clear waist right now. I'm afraid the band won't hit me correctly. We'll see!
Plus, my legs are covered in psoriasis right now so I was aiming for long. Or a dress I could wear sheerish leggings under, ya know? But finding a sheath dress that suitable for nursing is tough.
I'll probably end up with a top, ankle pants, and a cute cardigan. AKA my uniform LOL Also great for chasing a preschooler, helping with egg hunts, and wearing to work later!

loves2shop4shoes We have 8 bottles that we use and I wash them at night before we go to bed. 8 gets us through our day without having to reuse one. I just rinse them when I put them in the sink right after using.
littleredfish You are rocking this 3 kids solo thing already! Way to go mama!
My TMI: Had to poop earlier and LO was cranky. Put him in his bouncer in front of me and propped my feet on the legs to bounce him. It's like having a squatty potty and keeping the LO content all at once. Calling it a win.
loves2shop4shoes You've inspired me to go through my clothes this week. I don't think I wear 50 % of what's in my closet anymore even when I didn't have this post partum body.

flyinghorses6, sorry for the sick babe. That sucks. shellbell, ALL THE LAUNDRY DH washed our comforter and sheets yesterday because DS2 coughed so hard he puked on them. He did it again this morning, so one more time. DH joked it was because he washed everything else yesterday too.

pivot, loves2shop4shoes, I too need to do a closet purge, but I have such a hard time letting clothes go.
I don't understand why. I seriously have things I haven't worn in 5+ years, but the idea of getting rid of them make me anxious. Clearly I need to work through those feelings.
