I know I mentioned before about hsa covering lactation stuff. But I went to bc this morning and got some stuff and wanted to share. She mentioned that you can get bottles too with hsa card since you are using to pump into. Also pump parts, nursing bras, lactation tea and cookies. They have a coconut lactation tea from the milk makers company I'm trying today.
Yes I thought the same thing. But I also think this was a story from a few decades ago, and I think at the time everyone thought ruptured appendix = death always. And that's not so much the case anymore.
My gif broke but I'm alive. If you get sepsis from the burst appendix, it's not looking good. If you avoid sepsis, you'll be okay.
Are all stride rites closing? I've been hearing this for a while. I'm bummed, the SR Outlet is our go-to place for shoes.
I read they plan to close all their stores as the leases end. They will be exclusively online or at stores like Nordstrom or wherever it is they sell the brand.

Ah, this explains why I've been hearing it so long. I went to a store that was closing last year, and thought that even the clearance prices were not much cheaper than the outlet, and there wasn't much to pick from. I hope they keep the outlet open for a while to take all the stock from the other stores closing.

Oh wow this is good news!! Thanks for sharing never thought about any of this stuff... tea and cookies included ... right?

Yeah. They even have a pump bag that is pretty cool that you can use hsa funds on too. I tried to order stuff on amazon with my hsa card and it was denied. Soooo, I think I might have to submit for reimbursement, but at BC it went through with no problem.

It fairly limited selection on retail items. But they have nursing bras, tanks, some pump parts and bottles to go with them. Also the cookies, tea, nipple cream. You could take A to play and then look around.

Good idea I'll check it out. I have a level 2 ultra sound that will make us hit deductible so plenty of HSA $$
DH took CS pictures for me, but you can't see anything gross because of the bright lights. It's just like on TV how the bright light blocks private areas or open bodies.
I love when you do your funky hair JoBub ! I'm excited to see it
Thanks! It's probably wildly impractical with a baby on the way, since I won't be out and about much this summer. But I need a pick-me-up. I have just always felt like I was meant to have blue hair. LOL
That should be a cute story when your DS2 is older to look back at mom with purple hair in the newborn pics.
LOL It's to the point now where nobody in my family would bat an eye if we sent Christmas Cards or something and my hair was blue or purple. It was scandalous when I was 16, now it's just expected. My kids will probably grow up thinking it's normal too.

This stupid cough I had that ended up turning into a sinus infection is back. I threw up a little while ago from coughing so forcefully. I'm so done with being sick. I want the good drugs to get rid of this crap already.

You can't get an antibiotic? Sorry if this has already been covered. But hope you get whatever illness cleared up soon.

Guise, I can't remember exactly when N started rolling back to tummy, but I know it wasn't 3.5 months. I put C on the floor while I was folding clothes, then she started freaking rolling from back to tummy, this is just crazy!
Awwww yay C! Does she seem happy about it? She looks like she's about to get up and crawl in the picture!
I think Bub started rolling around 5 months. I only remember because I got a video of it and he was wearing Halloween PJs. But then he would get so mad about being on his tummy.
We had a milestone event today: first bee sting. He was in the yard eating an apple and picking dandelions, and a bee somehow got under his shirt sleeve and stung his upper arm. He screamed like I have never heard before.

I think N was probably around 5 months too now that I think about it. C was cool at first, then after a few times she was getting upset but kept rolling. She was moving her legs a bit too like she wanted to crawl away. I just can't believe it, I have a feeling she'll be moving really early. She'll need to if she wants to keep up with N!

I already took five days of z pack. And I don't think they'll prescribe something if it's just a cough. I have an appt. Tue. so we'll see if I'm doing better or worse by then.

Ugh. I had a nasty cough too at end of pregnancy and when I had C, it was pretty miserable. I pounded water and took mucinex. Also a steam inhaler thing helped. But it honestly just took time to clear, probably weeks. Sorry
