So DD who is 2 has been waking up in the MOTN for a few months now, and we bring her into our room, cuz snuggles and it's easy. We should have nipped this in the bud a LONG time ago, but here we are. Now we have 2 weeks or less til the twins are here and I'm realizing how bad this could be if we don't get her STTN asap. Any tips on sleep training a 2 year old?
Ugh. I'm thinking one of us needs to go in her room when she wakes up, rub her back, and tell her she needs to go back to sleep now in her bed. And then let her cry.

Hmm. Part of me thinks let her keep doing what she's been doing and maybe after the twins wake her up enough times she won't want to be in your room? Otherwise I'd start immediately trying to change the behavior because it's already a difficult adjustment on them when the new babies arrive and I've found keeping as much 'normalcy' as I can is helpful to mine's attitude

This is a good plan. Get her back in her own room and sleeping there asap. We went through a horrible sleep regression with our 4 year old last month. It resulted in us locking her in her room. She cried and yelled a few nights but now things are 1000 better.
So C is up to 3 days of bottle/breast only feeding which means he's ready to be released. We had to spend the night at the hospital prove we could get him to eat enough for 24 hrs. Because we were here, DH was feeding L all night too and got him to take bottles for a full 24 hrs. Now they're thinking the DR will want us to spend another night to see if can make it 48 hrs and L can be released too.
I'm excited they both may be able to come home but the 48 hrs in the hospital is frustrating, especially as we just get a crappy cot to sleep on. My back is killing me today
