subliminalrabbit have fun tomorrow! Lame, I know, but if it was me I would take my Kindle, grab a coffee and go find a quiet place to read in the mountains. Or a short, rejuvenating hike. Assuming the weather is good. It's gorgeous here. If i was feeling any better M and I would be going to Jasper tomorrow for a hike and swim in the hot springs

Okay, to clarify, I will be helping DH and E get out of the house around 9AM, so the first couple of hours will be per usual. But perhaps I will take my laptop to the best coffee place in town and work from there for the rest of the morning! And a book! Pedicure booked for the afternoon. I. can't. wait.
So one thing I don't like about probing is that I often get lost trying to find where I up to in the spam thread for instance. The dump used to bring you to the exact spot where you left off. Its quite frustrating. Just saying
If you hit the little 'New' symbol next to the thread it should take you to where you left off
My H is so excited that we got our W2s that he just has to do our taxes tonight. The wild and crazy life of being married to an accountant.
I get that way too, but it's a bitch because we have a gazillion things we have to wait for. Mortgage interest statement, 1099s for savings and brokerage accounts, and the bazillion W-2s and 1099s that my husband will get because he's self employed. I have a spreadsheet that I use to keep track of which forms came in and which ones we're still waiting for. My goal is always go get our taxes to the CPA to be filed by March 1st, and that rarely happens.

I'm still catching up so this may have been covered, but if you're mobile you just hit the 'new' button next to the thread. It takes you back to the last place you were before any new posts.

I'm waiting to see if we're getting money back before I get excited. If we owe money I'm just going to be pissed before bed.
My goal is to come as close as possible as break even. I don't mind owing a little bit. I don't like Uncle Sam keeping our money all year. It's impossible to know what to put on W-4s and whatnot because DH's income varies so wildly.

J is working my nerves. I had to do timeout for the first time. I felt like i was in time out. But a good one. Stopped crying and barely said sorry, but at least hes not throwing his milk all over or smashing his potatoes in his milk anymore.
Influenza: Negative. He has both a 24 hour virus and a cold that presented all the influenza symptoms. I'll take it. Took til just now to get seen when there was literally only one person ahead of M in the clinic.
Thank goodness! What do they suggest you do for N? Anything?

That's clearly a lovetit because you have a diagnosis and it's not the flu.
Dr wants M in urgent care immediately for an influenza test. If positive we have the option of tamiflu for him, however they don't generally recommend it at his age because it causes side effects equal to influenza. Also, H and I have the option of taking tamiflu prophylactically if positive and then we can talk about what to do with Norah.
I hope he doesn't have the flu! Grayson would not take the tamiflu. He would throw it up immediately. He just decided to give up with the tamiflu and kept him super hydrated. He ended up getting over it without the meds.
I was in tears one night because we couldn't get him to take the tamiflu and I was afraid he would end up in the hospital. So scary.
Even on toddler clothes! It's so hard when she is cranky when getting dressed. Plus I don't have time for buttons in the morning!
Yes! They're so damn tiny that I can't even get my fingers around them! So obnoxious. M had enough this morning and has been walking around without the back of her shirt buttoned. But she wouldn't sit still anymore so I could get them done!
