jjh1119, I hope you feel better! And I love that picture. I am bottle feeding now (pumping but starting to wean) but my son literally will try and drink the bottle upside down. How does he think that will work?
sjp03, No fun for pink eye. I had it a few years ago and I know once you're on the drops for 24 hrs you are no longer contagious. So I would just be SUPER careful for that first 24 hours.
kfaye, Hugs to you and t&p's. I had to have a lump in my arm pit checked out right at the end of my pregnancy. turned out it was nothing but because of family history we were erring on the side of precaution. It is never fun... but better safe than sorry for sure!!!
spikesmom, too cute. It looks like he likes avacado
Levi hasn't tried to bite my face off, but he certainly tries to rip it off. So today I tried to do too much I guess. I ran a few errands with Levi and then decided I was going to go to a local nursery (plant not baby) and pick up some annuals. I fed LO in the back of my car then changed him and then put him in my moby wrap. I used it a lot when he was super little in the newborn hold but have only used it a few times since he has been bigger. Well... I bent his leg in a weird way when I was trying to get the last part over his body and he started screaming!!! People were giving me the worst looks. I felt like such a horrible mommy. he was fine... it was just combined with the fact that he was getting tired too. I decided... ok we are not going to do the nursery trip and we're just going to go home. I took him out of the moby and put him back in his car seat and that is when it happened. I totally threw out my back!! It felt like lightning running up my back. Every time a decelerated I got a major twinge in my back. I finally got Levi and myself home and somehow got him into the house. I sat down in our rocker got him to sleep and realized once he woke up I don't think I could get him and myself out of the chair. Luckily MH could come home early and got there before he woke up from his nap... AND luckily he's off on the weekends because I am basically useless. It totally sucks hopefully it will only last a couple of days or less.
wildflower810 I discovered the babywearing and vacuuming trick quite by accident, but man! Is it reliable! H took note too. I came home one day and he had her in the mamaroo with the vacuum running right next to her, haha! kfaye with all the good vibes you have going, I think your thyroid will be fine by next week too! littleapplemom It takes skill to get snaps to look like that- ninergirl52 :-D singingmama10 Oh my goodness! Has this happened before? I hope you can move again soon! Picnic #2 was actually pretty alright! Delicious food, delicious beer, and I got to take baby with me! Bummer though that I could feel her getting warm, so we came home and I took her temp. 101! Gave her some Tylenol and a cool bath and she's doing okay now. But I hate that awful feeling I get when I realize something is wrong with my otherwise perfect little baby. Uck.

singingmama10 - love it for support. I know when I get LO in and out of the car all day my back feels so weak. It's actually really common for people to throw out their backs when they have babies our age. I wonder if it's from the damn infant seats.
singingmama10 I hope your back feels better soon, that sounds terrible! I'm glad your husband can help out.
zengal I hope LO starts feeling better asap! Fevers are the worst.
LO is in her own room for the second night. Last night was kind of by accident because the sheets for my bed were in the dryer so I didn't want to wake her up putting them on my bed after she was asleep. It was so nice to actually get ready for bed in our room and bathroom without tiptoeing around so here we are again. I'm sure she'll be back in here after the first wake up and that's okay with me

Thanks for your well wishes. It's feeling a bit better today. I did throw out my back when I was 21, 10 years ago. Oddly enough I was working in a daycare when I did it. I think this happened mostly out of stupidity though. I mowed the lawn a few days ago. We have a rider but our lawn is super bumpy... so my back was hurting already because of that. Then I moved my mattress by myself cause I was changing out the bedskirt. Then I carried Levi in the moby after that. So yeah... I guess I am getting older and need to admit that
