I'm on episode 1 of season 5, so I'm not sure if I'm going to catch all the way up tonight. We've got church and a couple errands, but I'm trying to push on through! Lol
Major Bed Bath and Beyond excursion planned for today. We moved here with just clothes, and rented furniture (we are just here for 6 months). Trying to stick to basics, but I will probably go overboard.
hydrangea1019 you could definitely catch up in time for the finale next week!

Good morning ladies! I'm moving a little slow today, was out late at the Zac Brown Band concert last night. They killed it!
Today, H is golfing this morning and then we're heading to a cookout at his aunt's house. This particular aunt has always been super bitchy towards me so I'm super excited for that. (Sarcasm font) I will probably just drink my way through it, since I was the sober driver last night and I'm feeling great today!
I am going to the pool to get my brown on. Then I have a ton of errands to run & we are hosting Sunday night dinner for my sister, BIL and their littles. I am excited to see those little nuggets, its been a couple of days.

Hosted a party for my friend's birthday last night and it was just okay. Only a couple of people showed up and we burned out early because we'd done a champagne brunch before that. At least clean-up is easy. But I'm hungover and feel gross.
Going to go for a walk with MH and then go hang by the pool with my newly-pregnant friend. She knows about my MC and I (sort of accidentally) found out she was pregnant the day she turned a test. So I think we'll be talking lots of pregnancy stuff. I guess I'm looking forward to having someone IRL to talk to about all this making babies business, and I'm genuinely happy for her. It might be a little rough, but it could also be fine. We'll see.
Grocery store is the one thing requiring me to put on pants today. Planning for the shades to be closed the rest of the day so I can enjoy no pantalonays.
(Pant-ah-low-nays is a weird made up word in our house for pants)

I too will have the shades drawn, but it's because our grass is embarrassingly tall, so I am hiding out from the neighbors (we are surrounded by people who mow like daily). H is usually on top of it, but between all the rain and his recently crazy work schedule, it's gone by the wayside. FFWC: At almost 32 years of age, I have never used a lawn mower. I don't know why but it's very intimidating to me. I should probably conquer this fear.

I've been working on job application stuff all morning. I haven't even eaten breakfast yet. Now I'm starting to have anxiety over being put in this position. I just don't know what to do.

What! Well that makes sense that I would not be that awesome to make up what I believe to be a better word for pants. Makes much more sense that I have heard someone say it before. How do you really spell it? I am sure what I wrote is not correct.
I didn't take spanish in high school so I have to admit I have no basic spanish skillz. I took German....
Hahahaha I heart you! You were close! It's pantalones
It's cool, my husband thought he made up "deuces" I had to gently break it to him when we started dating.

We keep our front and inside the fence fairly kept up, this rain has made it hard though, but we have a large plot of land behind our house we don't use so we've let it get wild. Friday we got a letter from the city saying people have complained about that land and we need to mow it or else. We begrudgingly got out and mowed the whole thing in one night and now people are starting to walk through our yard more and upset our dogs. I regret moving into city limits.
I just stopped at a Walgreens because I am about to lose a nail and it hurts really bad when something touches my nail. I kept joking that I needed a finger condom, but they are real. You put them on the same way and all.

Morning!!! I'm laying in bed with a minor hangover. I have an audition at 3 to become a barre instructor so I need to shake this headache before then!! I also should do some packing today but I'd rather be lazy....

Get out and mow girl! You might find it oddly relaxing like I do. I actually love mowing and using the snow blower. The mowing is a great workout and gets me out side to soak in some sun. The rain has really been impacting mowing this year for me as well. There has been a few weeks with only like one day to mow that I either didn't have plans and there was no rain. Besides the reasons I like to mow I am a little bit picky (ok alot picky) about the lines being straight and it looking perfect. I don't think my husbands mowing standards would be high enough.
But ya know what... I love being lazy so I say keep the shades drawn ha ha
I think I would like it too, if I stopped psyching myself out about it. H is super crazy about the lines being perfect, so I don't know if he would be pleased with my work, but at least we wouldn't get a letter from the HOA! Haha!

Is it the application process that's giving you anxiety, or something deeper, like the grade level you're considering or the school you're applying to?

It's probably the same people walking through there that complained. Jerks.

I've also never used a lawnmower. H says I should now the grass this summer since I'm not working and I told him MAYBE I would let him show me how. I'm a little unrealistically terrified as well.
We're going shopping today with money we made at our garage sale yesterday. It's only like $100 but I love having extra spending money!! Then we're picking up our new flooring. We're putting laminate that looks like wood through about 80% of our house this summer so I'm super excited to start that next weekend!! Goodbye carpet!!
