Ok, I"m done being a post whore. More then half way to member!
I feel like a zombie today. Ry was up for an hour and half in the middle of the night and i ended up sleeping on his bedroom floor while I tried to get him back to sleep. I am counting down the minutes till I can put all three boys down for naps and then I am taking a hot shower and crawling into bed!!!
I was really excited to watch the most recent RHOBH and my stupid DVD only recorded half of it. Act right DVR.
My DH said he would get off work a little bit early tonight and bring home pizza and beer. I also rented us "The Good Lie" at Redbox. I can't wait to relax tonight, TGIF!!
@elvk583 I would be livid!!!! I'm glad you are getting to talk to the director today. I don't think I would have been as calm as you, I probably would have stormed into the directors office!!!
I wanted to. My biggest weakness is that I cry pretty easily when I'm angry, and I don't want to be a sobbing mess in front of her.
MH is much more level headed and able to handle things like this calmly. He is coming for our meeting, thank God.
pinkaliphant yes, I love mine. I had it placed about a year ago. My periods have been basically non-existent; I might have one day of light spotting, if that, and only have to use a pad for it. One thing--I did have some pretty heavy cramping about a month in, it lasted a week. My OB said it was normal and recommended Motrin, and that knocked it out.
With that said, all of this talk of POAS is making me super nervous/anxious. We haven't even discussed going for #2...I mean we have, but we'll wait til B is at least 2-2 1/2 before starting to try.

I'm like that as well. Just try not to get worked up. Remember to breathe. I hope they can work something out. What that teacher has said/done is NOT okay. You're not at fault.

Thanks! With the Paragard I've been having insanely heavy and painful periods. I think the Mirena will be much better! And I'm sure you're fine...my ob said that it was actually more effective than getting your tubes tied. (subject to check)
@lizinfl kellykinns & @lflgge I am switching out my Paragard for the Mirena. My doctor told me that a lot of women don't get periods or have very light ones. Is this true? Do you like the Mirena in general?
I had break through bleeding for awhile but once that was over I have not gotten my period. I also get really bad cramps and I don't when I'm on the Mirena. Through my insurance it's free but I'd totally pay for it. I hate having my period it's never not painful.

Does anyone have a "helper tower" in their kitchens for their LOs? I think Cadence would really like one, but I need one that I can fold up when not in use because we have a small kitchen. I may need to just do one of the ikea hacks.
A few months ago I mentioned that I found a lump in my right breast. On Tuesday I saw my dr and she wants an ultrasound. I do that this afternoon. I am not anticipating any bad results. I think it's gonna be real awkward to have this done.
I found a link a few weeks ago on how to build one of these! I think there is a stool from IKEA you can use as the base. I told MH it would be a good spring project for him! V would love it.

I've had this done a couple of times. The nice thing is that they tell you right then if it is anything, you don't have to wait for results. Good luck!!

wedding -- OAD here. Even going as far to discard our frozen embryos (this is a big step for me). I like our life and these past few months I've just found my groove as a mom. And money. We like to do things and go places. With two, that's hard on the pocket. I will say, I would love to be pregnant again though. Highly unlikely.

I really want one for Josie. I thought she might be too young because her focus isn't fully there. She kind of flits from activity to activity, but I can totally see getting one in the future.

Anytime I am in the kitchen Cadence is right there, wanting to hold a spoon or sadly, hug the bread. So I think she would really like it. Plus, I can teach her how to wash her own cups!
