Kids slept till 715 which is amazing in this house! Did my first pre natal yoga yesterday so feeling sore- but kinda the good kind. Taking the kids bowling this afternoon for the first time, should be interesting!
Woke up at 4 am when my dog decided to jump off the bed and walk around our bedroom, ignored him until 6 am then let him out and fed him. Tried to fall back asleep but I'm wide awake in bed with a snoring dog and DH. Not fair!

This is my life too.
On the plus side though, I'm thinking about making eggs, bacon and toast while they're sleeping and eat it all! You snooze you lose!
Woke up to my girls fighting already before 7am. I feel a little better today though, I think I was just extra hungry but felt so bad I didn't want to eat.
Hopefully we have an uneventful day and my husband gets to be off work tomorrow. Wishful thinking right there.
Thoughts and prayers for DH please. He got dizzy at work and fell. He's okay but at ER per work to get checked out. DS1 woke up and got sick and before I got him cleaned up I ended up stuck in the bathroom getting sick. Poor guy was sitting on our bed crying covered in it and there wasn't a thing I could do. Finally got him cleaned up and he feels fine but I'm so sick. I just want to cry.
Nothing like the MIL coming over at 7 and waking everyone up. It would be different if maybe she called first, or I don't know didn't use the freaking doorbell ten times and wake my kids up. Yay!

I'm another one who has finally made it to the second trimester! Whoo whoo! Now just laying in bed for another hour until I wake up FI to get his ass going. I'm impatient! I wanna see my mama!!!
Edited because I can't believe I forgot that last night I got my first belly...rub. From my MIL. Guess I better get used to those...
Oh! And Chick Fil A for dinner, which totally hit the spot! We're going back to NC (my home) for a week in March and I am SO EXCITED to have Bojangles again! I actually googled how far away the nearest one was one night at 1am. 704 miles away
Yes!!! I miss Bojangles! They finally built one here near Orlando but it's still like 45 minutes away! Luckily, it's down the street from my birthing center so when we go in for appointments dh gets me something haha.
I miss Cook Out!!!! Checkers just doesn't compare.

We're going to the store to do our registry today! Yay! We have to at least do the big items that we can't really judge online. I've never been more excited for window shopping. Lol
Outside of that, I have no plans and that's glorious!
Have fun!!!
I want to start the registry already but I'm holding off until we find out what we are having. I have been looking though. Maybe I'll start add a few non sex specific stuff. I'm a sucker for pink or blue. Mickey or Minnie.
I thought I would have wanted to wait, but we've known how we want to decorate the nursery for a long time. And I don't care much for pink or blue. My children can wear all the colors for all I care. Most of the stuff on the registry is more for my survival than anything else.

T&Ps for your family. How cruel of them to ask him to come in despite how he was feeling.

I had a really weird experience this morning. I think I need to drink more water because as I was peeing this morning, I got these horrible pains (bladder cramps?) and the next thing I know my husbands walking toward me and I'm sitting on the floor in the bathroom. I passed out! Then I threw up. And now I feel fine. Maybe this should go on the symptoms board, but holy crap! I've never passed out on the toilet before. Husband said he heard a big crash...
Sorry to all feeling sick, and hooray to all feeling better! Happy Saturday!
DH made pancakes this morning because DS apparently knows how to ask for them now. He sounds like Benedict Cumberbatch trying to say "penguins," which is adorable.
My best friend is coming to visit today! We are throwing a shower tomorrow for her sister who is having twins. I'm so excited to see her! It's been a few months and we usually don't go that long between visits. Fingers crossed for a good weekend with the m/s after an awful week! I just want to enjoy the visit of, and I woke up to snow and kind of hope it sticks past today. I wouldn't mind a snow day on Monday.
DH called off work today because of a storm. (but we didn't get much where we live - he works an hour+ north, they did!) I never ever get Saturdays with him, so this is nice!
Except he won't come shopping with me like I want. I need an outfit for an awards ceremony coming up at work. I buy a new outfit for this every year, and I have to this year because I'm fat. You can't actually tell in most of my day to day clothes, but my work dresses scream "I ate too many brownies!!!" If I had a legit baby belly, I'd be fine, probably flaunt it. But I dont, and I want help from my mister so I can look pretty. Boo, boys are dumb sometimes - help your damn wife out for once! We could also doubt the trip and start registering for things...but he REFUSES to even consider a damn thing for baby until I'm in my third tri. I know it's just overwhelming him that we still need to finalize jobs, buy a house, move, and buy a car, but this urge to start nesting is real!
