So apparently Jimmy Fallon had to spend 10 days in the ICU for his finger and that immediately made me wonder how long it would be if they just take off the finger. Apparently just a couple days or less.
If they gave me the option I would happily have them chop off my ring finger if it meant I could spend 9 less days in the hospital.
I don't get why reddit is popular. The interface sucks and OMG the stuff hey talk about is crazy. If this place has trouble getting adds because people use penis in the title I have no idea how they make any money.
Ditto. DH is big into it, but I think it's mostly because he enjoys arguing with people on the internet.
I tried to get into it a couple times, but I like the interface of these kinds of forums better.

Did you watch last night when Amy Schumer told him her hurt in his hand in the shape of the shocker? I thought that was hilarious.

Yeah, it's basically been that way with that look for it's entire existence. The problem is their user base is very loyal but ultimately kind of deranged and they don't take to change well.

I like trader joes for the convenience and the prices. I can get a pound of organic meat/chicken etc for the same price as non-organic stuff in a regular supermarket. I also like that i do t really have to search for heathier options there bc most of their stuff is on the healthy side.
It saves me from reading labels and searching regular markets.
I think Trader Joe's is good for the specific items that people are obsessed with (frozen appetizers, cookie butter products) but I don't think it's worth it at all for weekly shopping. However, I have never used it for weekly shopping purposes.

I really like Aldi. The produce can be hit or miss but generally I've liked everything we've tried and it is cheap. I like the quarter to use a cart method. I love that people shopping there help each other out, at least at mine. I like not having someone else bag my groceries. I am a total weirdo though.
I dislike motorcycles. Although I think I'm a pretty adventurous person they don't appeal to me at all. I don't get the appeal. And I really don't understand how a guy riding one supposedly looks sexy to some people. Most of the time I think, "my goodness you look vulnerable and wind blown." And you can't listen to music. And you get dirty. I'm just too practical to find them in any way sexy I guess.

You and my H are kindred spirits.
Yay, another weirdo! I tried to get my parents to try it and they took one look around and at the line and sprinted back to their Randall's.
This is inspired by my recent stepping in dog poop....i think instead fining dog owners for not cleaning up after their dogs ...i think they should lose the ability to own a pet.
********************* Stuck in box ************************** WTF?
They should have their dog taken away from them. Its so gross.
The logistics of this would be a nightmare. Who would keep all these dogs? Would there be a strike system? We don't have a dog but if we did, and I was trying to juggle a whiney toddler and pick up after a pooch, I'd prioritize the kid and leave the natural/biodegradable material to the elements.

AND ADULTERERS SHALL BE BURNED AT THE STAKE!!!!
I think the "freshness" (see what I did there?) of stepping in it may have caused some rage logic. Girl, I get it.

This sounds like my local grocery store. I definitely prefer to bag my own groceries and the quarter (now loonie, not as happy about this) for a cart is NBD.
