I am laying in bed after being woke up by a massive Charlie horse in my calf muscle. I drank 120 oz of water yesterday...so it is not dehydration. Great start to the day!
I plan to. We are better than all those shenanigans brought on by a few. Can't leave out mods hanging out by themselves. I plan to ignore the trolls and carry on.
I was having multiple leg cramps every night. Added in a daily smoothie with a whole banana and I haven't had one since (10 days?)
What do you use to make your smoothies? My smoothie maker (which I got on Amazon for like $20 two years ago) broke a while back and I never replaced it. Would love to get back into that though.
Another random: I found a babysitter that will take DS weekly on T-Th for 3 hours each day. I'm ridiculously excited at the the thought of having 6 hours a week to myself.
orangepickle my mom bought us a Ninja for Christmas a couple of years ago.
Right... that does it - I've been putting off getting a Ninja for a while trying to convince myself they're overrated but I think I'm heading to Target later today to bite the bullet.

Ditto the smoothie idea. You could be low on potassium which can cause those charlie horses.
I'll be back over after noon. Especially hearing that none of our bitter snatches will be banned but trolls will be and that we can still post like before because the guidelines aren't TOU. I understand not wanting to go back though. I'll keep an eye on things here too, for the time being. If new TOU do come I think we can reevaluate then.

Watching CNN - they're talking about Obama's push for paid family leave. Sooo question to myself... why do I not work for the federal government, and can we get a bill already to extend this to all US businesses?

I will do anything to not have that happen again. I will be trying that today. Thanks, norsern !
I never thought about low potassium, t1green ! This could be very true. I will add an extra banana to the smoothie.

beeorange please don't get down on yourself! No parent is perfect and it seems like you're doing the best you can. I'm sure your DD loves you and you love her to bits.
beeorange - sending hugs your way! Try not to get so down on yourself, no one is perfect and it's natural to lose your patience. Being a parent is not easy.
I made plans with my DH the other day that we'd have lunch today at a pizza buffet by my work. He tells me after I've left for work without packing a lunch & only bringing a small breakfast that he isn't feeling well and wants to skip lunch. UGH...Worst thing to do to a pregnant lady, man...
beeorange I'm sure you're a great mother! Please don't be so hard on yourself. And honestly, with utmost respect, I suggest you speak to your dr about how you're feeling. It's normal to feel insufficient in parenting at some point. It's hard! I'm going to be a FTM but I know it'll be hard and I've come to terms that I may think I'm not enough sometimes. But it's normal. And if I have those thoughts or feelings I will speak with my dr and see what advice he has to offer. You're in my thoughts! ❤️
I just got through all TB chaos. WTAF! I have no desire to go back there with those high-and-mighty trolls. Fuck em! (I may lurk still and love-tit your ladies posts though )
My random: I can't decide if I want oranges and a Popsicle or if I want chips and salsa. I may end up having both but I don't know how well my tummy will like that
