This is super random, but I follow Snooki on IG and she had her baby like a month before us. She looks so good! Gah I wish I had personal trainers and time to work out.
Same here. I realize I could be doing so much more but I find it frustrating I don't see any difference in my body from pp 6 weeks after walking all maternity leave and getting back to running. My stomach is still super floppy.
I need pancakes now! I hope everyone's LO's start feeling better soon. We are finally on the mend here. Soaking up the morning snuggles before I have to go to work.
Can I just say FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK potty training? We failed. We were both getting too frustrated. I didn't want it to turn into a negative thing or a power struggle blah, blah... I'm sort of bummed, but also pretty relieved. This past week was utterly exhausting. I think we'll revisit in the spring and hopefully have better results.

Meanwhile my Bradley instructor has a daughter who just now turned two and she asked to go to the bathroom yesterday. I know I have no experience in these matters but that just seems really early. Unicorn?

I'm seriously ready to drop kick my dumbass dog. DD has been doing so much better with her evening sleep and only woke up twice last night HOWEVER my stupid effing dog woke up at midnight and 3am barking incessantly to go out. WTF dog?!? He is being such a pain in the ass lately!
I feel your pain! I love my dog. Love love love my dog. But lately she has been such a pain with the barking!! And she somehow doesn't seem to see the babies on the floor when we are doing tummy time- I'm worried she will run over them. So I use baby gates to keep her out of the living room- cue more barking. Ugh.
Same. Thing. I love my dog I love my dog. She's been such a spaz lately and she gets on our table when we leave! Why?!?
mrscjmb That actually makes me feel better. I keep going back and forth between creeped out and thinking I'm overreacting.
I had some bad things happen to me at daycare as a kid, so I might be overly sensitive about this. Either way, I don't think I can be too cautious when it comes to DS.
You aren't being overly cautious. Not to sound weird but the reason you have those feelings is an instinct. where I'm from is where the killer BTK is. He was walking around people for YEARS and everyone always said that he seemed normal but he would say a really off thing occasionally and he just gave people this "weird feeling". Your gut is saying this person can't be trusted. don't discount the way people make you feel! (serial killer may be EXTREME but you never know!)

Yeah, that is little. Definitely a unicorn. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't do a bit of EC. Mine just turned 2 in October, so she's still pretty little too. We weren't trying to rush her, but she asks to go and is excited to try, and has been dry throughout the night and during naps, etc. Still, she's just a ways off. I figure if we can keep her excited about it, it will happen when it needs to and my sanity with stay intact.

2 is young, but my friends kid basically self trained at 18 months. So, possible. Toddler was 26 months when we did it, but she still has regressions/accidents at times.(she'll be 3 in May.)

I just think all kids are different. One of my coworkers has 3 boys. His middle one (5) still has accidents but he 3 year old decided like 6 months ago he was done using diapers (verbalized it) and he still says he hasn't had an accident.

I'm seriously jealous of the self training. How nice that must have been. Unicorn for sure!
