Wtf is up with my kid?!? He would not go to sleep last night. Then after finally getting him down at 10, he woke up every hour on the dot after that. I'm exhausted and I woke up with a sore throat. I really hope he doesn't have one too and that is what was causing all the wake ups.

Our kids must be sleep twinsies. This is exactly what mine pulled, but with less MOTN wake ups. We had 3 false starts with actually going to sleep.
My mom had texted moments before that the hospice nurse called and my grandpa had passed. The nurse had called them yesterday so say the end was very near. So before the zoo yesterday we went to visit him. I know he couldn't see her but at least he could hear Quinn again and I could tell him I loved him. So it sucks... But it's sort of a relief to my mom and grandmother too.
Morning. It was H's morning to take the child so of course she slept in .
H doesn't sleep walk per say because I have never seen him leave the bed, but sometimes he talks and he will even do things. Like pat my head etc. Last night he startled me awake and I had to wake him to get him to stop up. It was so ridiculous we both got the giggles so hard it took me 30+ minutes to fall asleep. I still laugh thinking about it.
Today is church then maybe Bru to get diapers and a few things.
Looks like a beautiful day on the beach! DS slept well despite the stuffy nose and our broken A/C. He was in just a diaper and a muslin blanket, and when I picked him up this morning the blanket was soaked in sweat. Unsure if it's the lack of A/C or if his fever spiked & broke, but hopefully the worst has passed. Hoping to head to the beach with SIL1 & SIL2 & BIL & nephews but probably shouldn't leave DH and DS alone waiting for the A/C repair guy.
I'm now past triage and waiting for a doctor. I will likely live blog this a bit since it keeps my mind off it and also allows me to have time stamps for changes in status.

cloe111479, I'm so sorry to hear about your grandpa, but that's so great you had just visited recently. I know that made it easier for me to accept when my grandmother passed away. Ts and Ps for your family!
miniwheat, LOL at the images. I'm sure you can work it! ;-)
I slept horribly for no reason. I kept waking up because I thought I'd heard DD (she only woke twice, so the rest was only in my head). Days like today I wish I liked coffee, I could use the boost.
Sitting on the couch pumping with the dog beside me. My husband and baby are on a blanket in the floor. Baby just went from his belly to sitting, then pulled himself up to standing so he could get to the dog. Stood there for quite a while. What is going on?!
I gave H a timeline today so we can get to church on time and told him I needed his help. This included getting S up from her nap just after 10. He still hasn't seemed to notice that I have gotten her up, he sucks at this game. Love him, but I fear the day he is responsible for our child from dawn till dusk. He will get it done but it will be a disaster in the process for sure.
For DH's birthday, I took all the nightly feeds/wakups with the girls. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Thankfully I was able to fall back asleep easily (unlike the other night).
We are going to a church picnic today at my parent's parish. The church DH and I got married! Hopefully it'll be okay outside bc they are supposed to have a petting zoo, touch a police car, sno cone truck, other kid activities. Norah will love it. Rain rain, go away!
aggiebug if it is like sleep walking you're not supposed to wake the person. It can be very dangerous for them. I was an avid (lol) sleep walker when I was younger.

New studies have shown it's OK to wake them actually and it was pretty impossible to not wake him. He had pounced on me trying to save DD from falling off the bed. Bahaha. I am still laughing at him.

I guess you have to outweigh the dangers
ETA: What sources do you use? You always say new studies show things. No snark, just legitimately interested. The scientist in me is curious.
