If you like to count down to the end like I do, it's 18 minutes of actual work. 3 circuits of 3 minutes, 2 minutes, and 1 minute.
runningmommy519 I think I'm going to skip the warm up and cool down too. I don't like the warm up and I feel like the cool down didn't really stretch the areas used. I'll make up my own.
do a crossfit warm up half mile jog, then 2 rounds of 10 push-ups, 10 air squats, 10 sit-ups. I'd always be dead after the warm up and sweating profusely.

Taking a day off. I overdid it yesterday. Tried to get out of bed last night for motn feeding...not good. Sneezed just now...my abs felt like they were going to rip in half. The great news is that I'm sore in my regular abs AND in my lower poochy former bump area. Trying again tomorrow.

Day three! If it tells you anything about me, I've never stuck with a workout plan for this long before. I hate waiting and so I've never stuck with one because it would take like a year to get actual results. 30 days? I can wait 30 days. That's what I keep telling myself.

I bought a pair of pants without trying then on about 1.5 month ago. They barely fit. I could barely button them and had a serious muffin top. Yesterday I needed a belt.

So I can't seem to find level 3 anywhere online. This saddens me because it's easier then throwing in the dvd plus you all are using YouTube. I contemplating recording it on my phone and then uploading for you all but don't want to get sued. :/

I am secretly hoping all the jumping jacks and flying boobs makes the boobs lose weight too. Suckers seem to have gotten bigger since stopping breast feeding. What the?

I think I know what you mean about the abs. There was a few days I had to really take it down a notch. Is it the c-section pooch area?
