Day two for me. My legs are dying from yesterday. I've never really been super active but I've never been this out of shape before. I keep telling myself I can do this but I crapped out halfway through yesterday.
I really want to join in on this, but I haven't a clue when I'd do it. When are you ladies getting a workout in? I swear I only have half an hour of time to myself a day. And there are a lot of things I want to squeeze in that half hour!

I've been watching them on YouTube. I do have the DVD but I've been doing the workout at the gym usually. Even at home I use YouTube on my phone otherwise my 3 yr old would think I'm putting a movie I for him.
I am on day 17 today.
I am feeling good. Level 2 is hard and intense. There are plank exercises and I hate planks. Hate em. You go plank twists at the end and by the end my arms, legs and abs are sore that I can't finish it without a break.
Pre-pregnancy i was a marathon runner but I didn't exercise at all while pregnant.
What day are you on? Day 1! How are you feeling? Feeling excited but a little unsure about my ability to do it 30 days in a row.. How active were you pre pregnancy? I was starting to get into running but now my hips hurt so much when I run!

How are you feeling? Better, now that I've had breakfast, water, and a cup of coffee. I was kind of shaky right after and I think it's because I hadn't eaten yet. Also, needle boobs. Not a fan.
Pre pregnancy activity level: off and on. I played roller derby about 2 years ago, I skated at our local park until I got pregnant, I tried to walk on the treadmill sometimes. I would say average.

I finished day 1 but had to take a 20 minute feed the baby break after the first 9 minutes. THen baby and I went on a 2 mile walk. I am sweating bullets waiting for baby to fall asleep so I can shower.
I already feel the hurt slowly creeping on, yea baby!!! Feels great!! I sure did miss the exercise high.

Jumping on the bandwagon bc it's so freaking hard to find time to go to the gym. What day are you on? Day 1! Woo! Ready to lose some inches! How are you feeling? Fine. I had to take a break during all the strength circuits bc the only dumbbells I have are 15 lbs each and my arms are not that strong to do more than 5 reps. Ow. And the jumping hurt my ankles. I'm such a wuss. How active were you pre pregnancy? Very. I crossfitted 4-5 times a week, rock climbed, and hiked constantly. I haven't been this sedentary ever. I feel like a pile of blob.

if you need lighter weight soup cans work just as well as dumbbells

I was babysat two kids under 3 plus my 2 for 12 hours a day so...pretty active. Eta: come level two, as I'm exercising I'm cursing Jillian out, like full on f u to the screen. Because it makes me feel better.

I swear at her sometimes too. Like in the first level when you are doing the bicycle crunches and she's all like "don't give up your almost there" I'm like "bitch STFU" lol

Ok, but dayum. I hate exercise. I'll start tomorrow am.
I have been moderately exercising (walks, hiking, swimming) but videos or equipment was never really my thing. Pregnancy, I stopped. I'm at my highest weight now, so I'm ready to do something.

um I did die. And just went sans weigh for the rest of it bc my arms would've detached themselves and died.

Stick with the 3lb weights trust me. I can't even do 5lb ones.

If you like to count down to the end like I do, it's 18 minutes of actual work. 3 circuits of 3 minutes, 2 minutes, and 1 minute.

do a crossfit warm up half mile jog, then 2 rounds of 10 push-ups, 10 air squats, 10 sit-ups. I'd always be dead after the warm up and sweating profusely.
