I think I know what you mean about the abs. There was a few days I had to really take it down a notch. Is it the c-section pooch area?
Yes. And then the upper ab area felt like it was ripping in half lol.

I'm probably going to take my measurements on Monday. I'm curious about my waist again. I know my chest is smaller because my hands free bra actually fits now. Same with a nursing bra I bought online.

This reminds me I should take beginning measurements! I don't own a scale so it's my only way of telling a difference
I actually remember to do it this time, I always regret it after Indians video like this.

Thinking of joining you guys on the 30 day shred. haven't been able to get to the gym consistently so I need something I can do at home. I did the program almost two years ago now and really liked it.

I won't be doing 30 day shred but tomorrow am starting 21 day fix because I am in the camp of I strongly dislike Jillian Michaels. The one time I tried 30 Day Shred I almost threw my phone through the TV. She's as bad or worse than Tony Horton. I had to mute her.
Anyway, that became ranty. Sorry. You ladies are awesomesauce! I'm here to cheer you on.
Okay I am going to start this. I did go to the gym yesterday but today, I got a meeting scheduled for 430-530 PM so the Gym won't be possible. I can do a quick 20ish min workout before going to get the kiddos though!
Day 10 done. I surprised myself by not taking any days off. I definitely feel stronger and noticed a big change in my endurance. I'll post my end-of-level 1 results, but they're not that impressive (at all).
So no major changes here, I'm trying to tell myself that I'm building muscle and strengthening blah blah. On to level 2.
Eta: I wasn't expecting a huge drop in weight, but I've been losing ~1.5lbs a week already doing a much less intense work out so I was a little disappointed that didn't change. I'll keep it up though and see where I'm at on day 30
Good luck with level 2! It's a tough one. Unless you love planks.

I had ACL reconstruction last year. My knee started really bugging me on Friday during the work out. So I took the weekend off. I am going to give it another go tomorrow.
Day 1 in the books finally, surprised by my endurance was unaffected by my one year hiatus Not surprised i still cant finish pushups Mortified this little helper scuttled out just as i finished bicycle crunches
