Ugh, so sorry motownthrowdown thinking of you and A. Please update when you can.
DH ran out for bagels this morning, and I was able to catch up with my best friend on the phone. Our lives have been so crazy the past few months so we've been playing phone tag. I love how it never matters how much time has passed since our last convo, we just pick up right where we left off I definitely needed a good conversation with her, such a great way to start the weekend!
DS and I are doing some science experiments this afternoon once I get DD down for a nap...Should be a good day!
We came to a wedding a little over an hour away. We had timed it so that Thea should have slept through the ceremony in her car seat. But then we hit construction and she woke up. Screamed the last 20 min of the drive and would not calm down. So now her and I are in the nursery in the basement of the church. Yay.
I had to unzip the back of my dress to feed her, and then a guy came in with his kid to play. I can't discreetly zip it back up and I feel awkward. So I guess I'll just stay sitting down here.

Ugh snuffy baby. Poor baby just wants to cuddle and nurse. Hubby won bonus points today. He cleaned up the kitchen. We're relaxing on the couch watching dvrd shows. Perfect way to spend this crummy sat.

Alright so this morning H called me and asked if it was alright if he came to see me. I appreciated that he asked. I left Jackson at my sister's and we went out for breakfast I drove. He seemed calm and in control of himself but I wanted to be in a public place with lots of people. I asked him flat out if he was using again. He admitted that he was smoking weed again but he swore that he hasn't touched anything else. I want to believe him but it's hard to. We talked about why he started again and how we can work on it. He says its because the job is so stressful. I agree that warehouse work is extremely taxing and stressful, but there are other ways to relieve stress. We talked about how I was feeling and how what he was doing was effecting me. I told him that I don't want Jackson to treat his future wife like H treats me and he will learn from his dad. I think that part hit him pretty hard because after I said it he got really quiet and teared up. He said that he will do better. He said that he will stop. I don't know if it'll actually happen though. For now, we are back home. He is asleep, baby is asleep, and I'm awake with my jumbled thoughts.

Y'all my sil is funny. She cannot say the word BOOBS. She was spelling it when talking to my MIL and me about how her tank top shows too much of them...then pointed dagger eyes at me...Cuz I don't give a fuck and I will wear only my nursing tank with no issue. She kills me. Seriously woman, you're grown. Boobs is not a big deal to say.
gingerygirl I'm glad he's acting more mature today and y'all had a talk. FX he keeps to his word and makes some changes.
So I'm thinking of starting up my etsy shop now, thanks to y'all. Thinking of adding teething necklaces. Found a supplier of food grade silicon and they make beads and pendants in pretty colors, some that even look like pearls and stuff. What do y'all think? Good idea or nah?
gingerygirl glad you had a talk and I hope it gets better.
Went to the gym this morning then baked pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. I think those two things cancel each other out. DS1 is napping for the first time in almost a week for me. I'm feeding DS2 and the house is quiet. Bliss.

I vote good idea and if you start up in time for Christmas orders I will want a necklace.

Thinking if you @motowntownthrowdowm.
Glad things are hopefully moving in a more positive direction, gingerygirl.
So first time I leave the house for any length of te without kids, I go to urgent care. I have no idea what an earrings room feels like but I think I have one.

gingerygirl I'm glad your talk was civil and positive. Please still be careful. Abusive individuals can be very persuasive and manipulative. You don't deserve to be treated the way he's treated you lately. Even if he's under a lot of stressed. You also should have access to money. You at a team. A partnership.
I'm posting and running and I'll catch up on everything tomorrow when I have a brain to do so, but we're back from London and the twins are in bed. All went pretty well -- the first train ride, the day in the city, taking the stroller on the underground and up and down stairs, NIP -- all up until the journey home, when there were many tears. That was a long day for the LOs but I'm glad we did it one last time before our move to Canada, and we got to say goodbye to DH's family.
E is still in size 1 diapers at 15lbs but all of her weight is in her head (literally) so..... Today I was putting 0-3 clothes on her and it's loose on her body but super iffy going off her Hey Arnold head
+1 for a baby with all the weight in her head - DH calls her "Stewie". Newborn clothes still fit A as long as they can fit over her head. She's mostly wearing 0-3 now but they're big on her, and she's almost 12 lbs!
