Well, we don't have influenza but dd gets to do as needed nebulizer treatments. Yay?
That's kind of I felt after my trip to the dr earlier. Glad you don't have the flu to deal with, but sorry to hear that DD needs a nebulizer. Hopefully she'll start feeling better soon!
I'm totally judgey over here. I guess we don't know her situation but isn't it bad for him to sleep in a car seat?
I do know her situation, both her and baby daddy are not fit to be parents. And yes it's bad for them to sleep in the car seat. I saw her at our Christmas gathering and she was breastfeeding at one point but her supply dropped because baby daddy got into a car accident because he was high and drunk so she was staying at the hospital with him while baby stayed with great-grandma. Anyways at Christmas he was hungry, she was trying To feed him but he wasn't happy so I offered her some formula, she tells me that she usually waters down the formula. Wat?
Wtf people are this stupid in real life? Also smoking in a house with a baby pisses me off. A baby can't leave.
Hugs for all those dealing with the PP body issues (Probably most of us!). It sucks that it takes so long to get to "normal". Wait... We go back to normal right?!?
Thanks everyone who gave me encouraging words after my FFFC yesterday. I'm feeling much better today after DH watched DS for a few hours and I got out for some "me" time. I found a good quote about wonder weeks which said something like "My baby isn't giving me a hard time, my baby is having a hard time." It's cheesy but it put the wonder week in perspective for me, and just getting out my feelings helped.
Currently drinking a beer while DH and his cohort buddy from his MA program watch British comedy. His cohort buddy was born in 1991. I know I am only 5 years older than him, but '91 just sounds SO young.
I graduated from high school in 1991. It IS young!!
Packed away some adult fat clothes and some baby skinny clothes. Happy about one and tearful about the other. We also used our last size 1 diaper. I have half a box left but it's still sealed and I'm just going to pack them away or give them to pregnant girl at work.
theresat858 Were you asking about the menu board for meal planning? If so, here's a couple examples. Ours looks a lot like this one, except with clothes pins.
Or you could do something like this so you could use dry erase markers.
Ours was a gift but it's a pretty simple DIY project. It's really helped us with our meal planning and it makes a nice kitchen decoration too!
I sell menu printable things in my etsy. If anyone wants the files I'll send em for free...or make your color or whatever.

Is doing an etsy profitable? Or is it more like a hobby?

We are watching Despicable Me and I am craving a fountain diet coke. My dogs are so bored with me tonight that they are both sleeping in their crates already.
I think the worst part of this stomach flu (minus the obvious) is my lack of appetite. It was all I could do just now to choke down a piece of toast. Eating is not supposed to be work, at least not in my world.
According to my BabyConnect App I've pumped for over 177 hours...
I just did an approximate calculation and came up with 350 hours. My poor nipples.
I wish I would have downloaded this months ago! I just did it today. I am really bad at tracking what I am pumping :/ curious to see how much time I log in a week!
