I think they're calling for bad weather here, but nothing like what some of you have been getting.
We tried to watch the Equalizer last night. DH passed out, and DD was too fussy for me to pay attention. So we're up watching now.
We have friends coming over for the game later, so our morning will be spent cleaning. I'm jealous of the West Coasters and your early Super Bowl time. I have a feeling DD is going to be a wreck later tonight.
Dh was away last night and won't be home till noon. I woke the toddler and the babes up and took them both grocery shopping for the week to avoid the asshats that will flood in for pre super bowl, pre snowstorm, reg Sunday grocery shopping... I have survived to tell the tale! Getting ready for the week then heading to the nephews 3rd birthday to watch my husband get more aggravated with passing time that he's not home to eat yummy football food and be comfy and ready for the game.
So I accidentally ate something with butter in it yesterday. My first dairy since thanksgiving. So far, no symptoms or spit ups. I'm wondering if I should experiment a little bit this week with incorporating a little but of dairy. Has anyone tried doing this? I'm not even sure if the dairy/soy allergy was legit in the first place..,
I've been thinking about trying this as well. We're in the same boat as far as not entirely convinced it was a milk protein allergy to begin with. I have roughly 200 oz of milk in the freezer from before I cut dairy that I really hope I can use. She has her 4 month shots Wednesday so I'll probably try after she's back to her normal self after those (after her 2 month shots she got diarrhea and was fussy almost a whole week). Good luck if you try! Let us know how it goes!

So my dad is coming over for a few minutes because he saw something for LO at the store and had to buy it for her. I think that is the cutest thing ever. Pepere loves his granddaughter!
Pumping fail. I didn't want to put together all the parts for the electric so I used the manual on almost boulder boob. Got 2oz. That'll learn me I guess.
I use my manual on my boulder every morning and it works great. What kind do you have? I have the Medela Harmony and I recommend it!
Coffee to all the ladies that need it. We had our first successful night with the crib. DS slept all night in it. He did wake up at 1 and 3 to eat, but went right back down. I hope we can keep this up because he is way too big for his RNP.
Going to a Super Bowl party/play date. So happy we are on the west coast or we would just be sitting at home. If I don't start bedtime between 7 and 8 we will have a meltdown.
Last night was the first time I had to put LO in 6 month jammies. Cue tears. I guess I'm consoled that he is still in NB diapers. He's long and skinny! And hugs to the mamas of donkeys. LO has been screaming at night lately, which is a new thing. Never at the same time, so I can't figure out what it is. DS also never wakes to eat at the same time (some nights 2, some 4), and stilly up 2-3 times just for diaper changes, so we're all losing our minds. FX for better sleep for everyone soon!
So today was my first day driving in the snow this winter. It's been snowing plenty but I've been such a hermit this year that I'd been able to avoid it up until now. There's not that much snow but the roads were completely untreated because it's the weekend. I wish I could appreciate the winter. It's so pretty outside, it literally looks like I'm in a snow globe, but I hate it! Bring on the sunshine, I wasn't made for this cold!
sweetadeline you could try. cocohkn I liked equalizer but had to turn from the screen at times because it was just a little too gore-y for me. crawford411 I'm sorry. K did that with his Tylenol when he had RSV.
And go SEAHAWKS!!!
I'm awake even though I could be sleeping. BF left for work about 30 minutes ago but he gets off at 1 so then we will head to his sisters to watch the game.
We went out to dinner last night, our last one before DS1 gets here for the week. It was nice and I think we are going to be okay. Still have some things to work out though.
LO is officially sick, stuffy all night long and with fevers. I have work today so DH is taking care of the kids. Hopefully he can manage the 2 sick kids. LO has an apt tomorrow for his 4 month well check, so it'll also be a sick visit. I feel bad that I'm not taking care of them but I'm off the next 2 days. I'm glad you ladies are here so I'm not so lonely while I pump.

Guise I'm about to flip on DH. He's been working on the bathroom since about 8am which is great! But now that he's getting it all taped up to paint, I hear him in there playing the drums to the music for like 15 minutes. I'm glad he's in a good mood, but drumming requires two hands. Which means nothing is getting done. I wouldn't care so much if we didnt have to get it done ASAP so we can shower before the photographer gets here at 3... right now we're in a time crunch so every minute counts. It doesnt help that he's ADHD. So he stops for a minute and just spaces out staring at the room while he's drumming along to the music. CMON DH. FOCUS.
