All of my symptoms are gone today. The further the day progresses the more symptoms I lose. I could probably even eat meat tonight which I haven't had in three weeks. My brain is convincing myself that I'm out.
It is completely normal to have good days and bad days. And, as we near the end of 1st tri, some of us will begin to have lots of good days. Try to relax and enjoy feeling well (but I understand --I would freak too). When is your next dr appt?
Not until the 15th with my u/s. I'm trying to remain calm. I can't remember if I had days with zero symptoms or not with my first two.

I had a day on our eternal holiday road trip where I felt great. I was mentally freaking out. Everything came roaring back with a vengeance once I got home.
I also think once you are mentally thinking about it, you can convince yourself that a symptom is "gone" when it isn't or that you feel better than you actually do.
My symptoms have been very up and down. Some days I feel pretty good, barely nauseous, but today I felt AWFUL. I rushed my students out to lunch early today because I was afraid of throwing up in front of them. I didn't, but I almost called for someone to cover my next class so I could go try to puke thinking maybe it would give me some relief
I'll stop AWing it. Maybe I'll just make use of this good day and get a few things done.
You're not an AW! I've been having the same stuff today (basically no symptoms) and I'm also freaking out. I'm chalking it up to what others said about good days and bad days.
Me (30) MH (32) Dx: MFI (low all the things) M. 10/11. TTC Since 01/14 IUI#1-3(Letrozole + Trigger) = BFN Second Opinion. Changed RE's. IVF 09/15 Long Lupron 12R/9M/8F, Transferred 1=BFN. 4 frosties. FET #1 12/15 Transferred 1 (3 still on ice)
Hey, talking to us about things for which you need support, advice or reassurance is not AWing! Stop apologozing, all of you!
I totally agree! If you need support that is what we are here for! It is so awesome to have a board full of ladies that can give support and no one should feel like an AW for needing a little reassurance.
What an evening...2 hour commute because the interstate was shut down in both directions. Of course I had to pee. Now I'm having sweet tart candy canes for dinner while the toddler has a peanut butter sandwich for the third night in a row. I have no clue how you all are good enough wives/moms to meal plan.

Deep deep breaths! Symptoms come and go and it does NOT mean anything is wrong. You were just lucky enough to have a great day where you don't feel like crap!

theophania , that is so great! I'm so happy for you!
jamjoyful , try and relax. I barely had any symptoms during 1st tri with my son and even less after 1st tri. This pregnancy, not quite the same. Every pregnancy and every day are different.
So my next MW appt is at 11w3d. At that time, they will give me the referral for my NT scan, which has to happen between 11w and 12w6d. I am a touch nervous that they won't be able to fit me in on that short notice. Would it be crazy to call and schedule the NT scan now? I shouldn't need the referral until I actually show up for the test (if at all, bc I am on a PPO health plan)

Couldn't hurt! Unless they would schedule it for you?

Tried the first prenatal vitamin samples from my ob --> fish burps. Is there a trick to avoiding the burps, or should I just toss the rest of the sample?

Not ridiculous at all! Last time I had an issue with my NT scan and ended up getting no results because they missed the window. Sadly, sometimes it's up to us to make sure the dr or mw's office gets their job right.

Are there more samples? If so try a different one!
Also, I have noticed when I take fish oil that after a while I don't notice the fishy burps anymore. Maybe you can get used to it?
Got a call from my OB's office today. Apparently I have a raging UTI. I had no clue. What sucks is my appointment was just over a week ago, so I have been hanging out with bacteria for who knows how long.

Yikes! I hope they are calling in an antibiotic for you!

I'd probably toss them, but only because I think that would make me super nauseous allll day.

Went on a date with DH for burgers. Last minute burgers sounded gross and I wanted Chinese but we were almost there so I didn't say anything. Anyway, forced down the burger. Now I feel so miserable. Why was I so dumb to force it down?!?!?
In other news, first us is Thursday. I'm freaking out but take minor solace in my ever tightening pants and increasingly worse nausea.
I'm too scared to post in the roster or this weeks check in until after the us.

I use a brand called Brainstrong and their DHA is plant based and not fish based so no fishy burps. Can you try those?
