I appreciate the commiseration - but yeah - definitely not looking forward to the next two years if she turns into the "3 worse than 2" because she's not even 2 and a nightmare. It's also a huge contrast because all considered, she was a pretty easy baby. We haven't tried time outs or anything.
txmommy14 increased discharge here too. Pantiliners and pads are t doing the trick and I change my underwear throughout the day lately.
I understand your fear of spotting, mine isn't that specific fear anymore but sometimes I worry I'm leaking amniotic fluid it's so wet-feeling, which is also scary. (Hope I didn't add another anxiety for you).

Sort of related, has anyone read/tried stuff from "happiest toddler on the block"? I got it almost a year ago and when I started reading it, DD was too young still. Maybe I should try reading it again and trying the things (that I don't remember).

No, but maybe I should try it since I loved Happiest Baby on the Block. You just reminded me that I bought Jo Frost's Toddler Rules a while back, but like you, didn't get too far into it because he was still too young. I will bring it back up on my kindle and start reading again.

Today I pulled out the bins with DD's newborn stuff to find anything I can reuse. I literally burst into tears looking at the first newborn item. Which I was NOT expecting. But they are so tiny! Hoooorrrrmmmoooonnnnesss!
This is probably TMI and gross, but is anyone else dealing with increased discharge? I keep thinking surely I'll be bleeding. I have had a little bit of spotting (probably due to placenta prevue) but mostly clear. It freaks me out until I can get to a bathroom to check, but I know it's probably normal.
In your club. It just started a couple days ago and since my dr told me to look out for bleeding bc of low lying placenta I've been racing to the bathroom. All clear all good but totally uncomfortable.

@frecklesbrains we actually moved 4 days after DS was born. It was crazy! I hope you find something so you can settle a bit! The plus side to moving while pregnant is you get to channel your nesting into packing. Friends helped us move and they still talked about how organized the move was because I packed everything so meticulously. Fingers crossed for you!

Last night I had so much discharge I thought for a second I wet the bed. I had decided to go commando because my underwear rubbed my lady bits weird with the jeans I was wearing and I was a bit chaffed. I woke up around 2 because I felt it and ran to the bathroom. It was just my pants and was way less than it seemed but still!!!
Catching up, but yes to age 3 being more challenging than age 2, yes to more discharge within the past week or so, and moving while pregnant or shortly after giving birth is crazy but doable!
I'm watching Grease Live and it's bringing back tons of great memories of a HS summer theater production I was part of.
