Here's our new thread, watcha got this morning ladies
It's buttfuck cold out here. I really dislike having to pump my own gas now. FWP.
Declan ditched me for Elmo at daycare this morning. I don't understand how that little furry bugger can hold so much power over a kid, but the world starts and stops with Elmo according to my kid.
I know a few of you are friends with tatertat3 on FB. Can someone let her know that they deleted her account but not her content so there are still pics of her LO on there. Not sure if she cares, but I figured she should know.
Mac and cheese? Burritos? Brownies? (Sorry this is my brain wanting something other than my dissatisfying salad that I am eating. Fuck losing weight)
I have all of the above in the house besides brownies since I am doing the low calorie thing. So I can relate to your salad. Thats what I have been eating the last 3 weeks for lunch pretty much. I ate a slice of homemade leftover pizza I made last night and made dd a grilled cheese sandwich even though she barely touched it and is now enjoying my pizza.
lia1303 how is your second week on the job going? Hows your lame trainer?
Ehhh, trainer is a total asshat. I haven't really done anything. I spoke to my boss about it because I'm concerned that I'm sitting here doing nothing and not really learning and he said not to worry about it. Apparently they are moving things around and I am getting a shit ton of work soon. That said its 1:15 and I've done nothing today.
I don't have much right now. I put D down at 10pm last night. She is still sleeping. Hoping the sleep helps her. DH refuses to touch. It's like he thinks I have the plague...lol I told him that I'm pretty sure you are not contagious until you develop the fever. Oh well one of us needs to stay healthy right?
Oh the Pharmacist made the flavor of D's Tamiflu in cherry. She HATES cherry flavoring (just like her mom). It is a huge struggle to get her to take it!

I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing that you have been there that long and have yet to do anything. Might make your day go by superrr slow.

Oh it's 8 1/2 hours of torture. I have never had time to so slowly in my life. Plus I think other people are getting a little pissed that I'm very obviously not doing anything.
On the plus side, I'm really close to being a member since I have nothing else to do.
This will make my 3rd iPad. I've had 2 stolen! I need to keep this one in my sight at all times.
You need to install that app that locks the device and screams bloody murder when someone enters an incorrect passcode. You risk setting it off yourself if you fat-finger the code, but it would be so worth it, IMO.

Well, I still haven't put on a bra yet today. I have chili in the crockpot for tonight, and it smells great. I'm way too excited for it. I love working from home one day a week, but with my DS being at daycare, it's super quiet in here and it makes me miss him.
We hooked up a TV in Cam's playroom at the office, and I have some guilt about it, but I'm also really enjoying him NOT being under my desk, fussing at my legs, pulling shit out of my desk drawers, etc.
I need to find an optometrist that accepts my insurance. I haven't had vision insurance in...oh, 10 years? So this is new for me. Not sure if it's more efficient to call around or call the insurance company directly.
I also have a compulsive desire to get new glasses every year, even though my Rx hasn't changed. I just haven't found a pair that doesn't slide down a lot or give me a headache by the end of the day, so I keep searching since I really should wear glasses instead of a contact. (I only have vision in 1 eye.)
