Holy crap! I think I just watched an eagle lay a freaking egg! She wiggled around in the nest for awhile and then got up and there were two eggs. There was only one egg last night.

There is also a big difference in developing social norms for the group and just making people feel unwelcomed.
What OSW said I stand by this 100%. It's fantastic that all of our grads are coming back but please remember that some of us were here when you got your BFPs and now we are still here without babies and you have them. I completely understand that your fertility has no effect on mine but it still hurts.

I'm getting all the feels seeing everyone coming back. But also because my ute is officially closed for business I kind of feel like this:
I'm not sure how I feel about some of the re-intros, because I have been around so long, I'm having a pity party because they are already looking at TTCing their next kid...
I'm going to be blunt. CNF likes to complain, just look at the posting history. The majority of us that reintroduced know better than to complain about having babies and would never think to say anything that would make someone feel bad. I'm hoping that by being called out GKU doesn't become another place for her to unload on issues that many people, including a lot of people that I have a lady boner for, would kill to have.

Did you take a video?
It's a live video feed. I'm kind of obsessed with it.

I love this. please let me know how he feels about home made sea salt for reasons...
Or if he starts a maple syrup conglomerate with the one maple tree you have in your backyard.
so H is generally pretty against any diy/homemade stuff cuz he's lame. One day we were watching something about making maple syrup and I (jokingly) said, ooh we should see if we have any good maple trees and make syrup! Cue eyeroll. The next day I'm like, dafuq are you doing? He's out wandering our woods noting where the maples are and googling how to tap for syrup.
Spoiler: we never did it bUT he was oddly into looking into it for a hot second there.

MH has tapped 1 maple tree in our backyard. It takes about 40-50 gallons of sap to equal 1 gallon of syrup. Serenity now, cause there's milk jugs full of sap in my fridge right now and I don't know where he plans on putting the rest.
MH used to use our living room as his staging area for his homebrew equipment. Because our empty spare bedroom was an inadequate space for some unknown reason.

THIS. ALL OF THIS.
I was going to say exactly this earlier but SOMEONE stopped me.

But...you're Canadian, correct? I'm sure he'll figure something out
The thing is, as a returning grad, I am acutely aware of the facts that A. GKU is not my home board anymore since I am not TTC and B. I can imagine how much it must sting for women struggling with TTTC/IF to see people in my position returning.
It is kind and generous of everyone to welcome me and the other grads back, and I don't take that kindness for granted. So while I might be able to mention/complain about my LO on a technicality, since it's not explicitly forbidden to mention them, IMO it shows a profound lack of tact and awareness of the feelings of others -- and this is their board, not mine.
Situational awareness, we needz it.
I love that you are all back and I'm so happy that you all graduated and we missed you.

Lol. We're American. I just married someone who takes DIY to the extreme. Shout out to my Canadians, tho.
