Damn Petsmart. Every time I'm in there I buy dog food because I'm there and I might as well so I don't have to make a special trip for it in a week. And then there's this cute toy and this great deal on treats. Oh and if I get my dog a new toy for her birthday this week I have to get something for my other dog too or he'll be jealous. So I always drop like $80 when I went in for $20 worth of stuff originally. It's like Target for dogs.
Wth.... I got shit on for saying something about MY feelings about seeing grads, because of sadness & being lapped, and get my head bit off & apologize and now I see this convo ?? For real ?
This isn't the same group of people talking. That makes a big difference.
Yeah we went to petsmart to buy fish one day and came home with a kitten. Now we order their food on Amazon.
Our dog food is like $80 on Amazon compared to $50 in the store. Otherwise I would do the same because the bags are a pain to carry to the car and with two dogs I feel like we're always buying food.
Might've already been covered but have your tried petflow.com? Promise I'm not affiliated in any way lol. Our dogs food is a couple bucks cheaper per bag on there and I get two at a time so free shipping. They always have discount codes and stuff too.

Ohhhh thanks! I'll check it out. I knew about chewy.com which is cheaper for some stuff but not our dog food.

There is also a big difference in developing social norms for the group and just making people feel unwelcomed.

I agree with this. The responses in this thread, while I disagree with them to some degree, are in response to something that a lot of people deemed inappropriate.
It wasn't an unwarranted post regarding the issue.
It's been said a lot in the past and I think it applies to this:
Your feelings are your feelings. They are valid and important. But there has to be a line drawn on both sides of when you need to deal with your feelings vs. making people feel shitty and unwelcome for the way they feel as well.
It isn't the job of people around me to completely censor what they post because I'm upset of my circumstances, even if I have every right to be. In return though, those that have children should be tactful and thoughtful of those without children and their feelings.
